very fast payout, best promos of any site i've used

Absolute terrible customer service. I earned $200 in bonus bets and their team decided they could take that from my account. Called customer service and they refused to return my bonus bets. Absolute dog of a company.

Betnation has been an excellent platform from start to finish. The app is clean, fast, and easy to navigate, and placing bets feels smooth and hassle-free. Withdrawals have been quick, often hitting my account much faster than expected. I’ve found their racing markets especially strong, with good odds and plenty of options across thoroughbred, harness, and greyhound races. Customer support has also been helpful the few times I’ve needed them. Highly recommend

Banned from promos out of the blue. Same for Betdeluxe, probably related. Ring customer service "oh, sorry, nothing I can do, that is the "promotions department". Apparently, if you don't lose enough quick enough, they don't like you. Try Betr or Bet365. Betnation sucks.

Don't dwell on those old ancient reviews. I've been on betnation for 5+ years. At the start of the year it has been refurbished and is Top notch. Sometimes my withdrawals come in within minutes an hour on average and 5 hours at the very Max. This Includes weekends or any time. Betnation gives you so many generous bet returns every single day more than any other bookie. I've played every bookie out there. Betnation is top 3 for sure.
Trustworthy and great support there is nothing major I can complain about that comes to mind. 👍 💯

If I could give this app minus 100, I would. It is useless as has the support been. I've tried so hard to think of a more constructive review but I'm at the end of my tether.
The app constantly crashes every single time I try to click on the next race. When I do get lucky enough to make it to a full race preview and attempt to put on a SRM, it'll sometimes, select your choices but predominantly they will select but the odds won't show nor does the step to add it to your actual bet slip. When you tell customer support, they simply repeat to log out of the app and on the website, uninstall the app then reinstall. Obviously I've done all of that (20+) time's and no joy. Today I clicked a link from one of their text promos and now a new error has popped up saying reload and when you try to it just repeats over and over, so now I can't get into my account full stop.
P.S. I have screenshots of all of the above.

They enticed me with super bowl promo. I joined, bet on the promo and won. Within 5 days they had banned me from participating in any further promos.

Their sports betting options are severely lacking. Any sports betters will be better served elsewhere.

I immediately closed my account.

Promo banned out of the blue after being a loyal customer for years. When asking for an explanation, given the run around with robotic responses and meaningless answers.

Don't give your business to these maggots.

Betnation good app to bet with they show more loyalty then the others

Zero stars if possible. Opened up the app for Melbourne cup which had bonus back at flemmington and randwick for 2nd or 3rd fixed odds aswell as bonus bet back if 1st leg failed in Melbourne quaddie. Should have had multiple bonus bets back through out the day but nothing showed up in my account. Contacted them and was told that I was sent an email 5 months ago that i never read as it often goes to junkmail telling me I cant get any bonus bets. I read the terms and conditions for the bonus bets in the app on the day and not once was it mentioned that I needed to be pre approved to receive bonus bets. Stay away from them they are a scam

If you are placing a same game multi bet be aware, this company makes you have to win all the bets in your multi bet then only pays you on the highest single odd. Its a complete scam. The odds are normally multiplied to give you one big bet. Betnation has a formula that allows them to completely rip you off.

Very scummy site, "at their discretion" withheld $100 bonus from a promotion AFTER I lost the money. Customer service was incredibly rude, avoid, there are so many better sites - this includes betdeluxe, surge, and noisy which are all part of the same group apparently.

I really enjoy odds withdrawal systems and customer service is great.

This betting website is absolute garbage. I placed 3 bets and then my account was restricted from promotions. Surely thats got to be illegal?
