Won or thought I did! Picked up $3800 on a first 4 and got $2000. They only pay Max 2k on excotic bets. Live chat told me why I only got 2k and I couldn't get hold of them to complain further. Absolute corporate grubs. They need to be held accountable for this disgusting tactics quite happy to take you money but won't payout fully. There should be a warning when you bet on an excotic that tells you the Max payout!!! Horrible experience give these guys and others like them a big miss. Other betting sites would honour the bet. Not these grubs!

I wish I could give this mob -10 I won around 4k always keep saying credit card not verified it's being 5 days all details have being supplied . There is no hotline number just and email to the support department. Looking at other customers they don't like to withdraw money just take your money pretty pathetic I will be lodging a complaint with ACC and other governing bodies to get them banned they have to be more professional and take accountability for being unprofessional.

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely appalling customer service and Bob on Live Chat was only interested in abusing me, and then terminated the conversation without addressing my queries. Personally I will not be using PuntNow for my recreational punting from now on

Very bad bookie, cheap platform and delayed buttons run by criminals who don't like to pay the clients.

Depositied $300 had a winner at $1.60 and they would let me withdraw the funds, becuase when i deposited a i go a bet match that meant i had to turn over a certain amount of my actual deposited funds before i could withdraw.

Give them a miss.

I opened a Punt City account. I fully verified before placing a bet. Over the next few weeks I lost betting several hundred. On the weekend I bet in Hk and Asia and won only $500 in the first few races. They immediately blocked from betting in Asia so on the Monday I withdraw the funds. I just received a email saying my withdraw has been cancelled and they require further documents for verification. I’ve asked for what terms I broke but they won’t give me one. As soon as you win they will do anything not to pay. DO NOT BET WITH PUNT CITY. It’s a SCAM. Troy

If I could give zero or minus stars I would. They texted me a 40% deposit match bonus offer and they are refusing to honour it. I am now trying to have them honour this and they are currently ignoring my emails and terminating chats.

I received a phone call from Ivy from ausbettingapps with a deposit offer to sign up to Puntnow.

Little did I know that once making the deposit that prior to withdrawing you need to turnover twice your deposit amount at minimum odds of $1.80. I have bet with many companies over the years but haven't ever come across this before and all they would give was a 50% deposit match.

I have tried contacting support and Ivy from ausbetting apps with no response.

The odds they offer are terrible being at least 10% less than their competitors too.

If I could leave 1 star I would. Customer service is appalling and the rules around betting turnover are primitive.. offer you a deposit bonus but when you win need to bet through your initial deposit more than twice and bets/money outlaid DO NOT count if on the same race. Better betting sites out there. Betdeluxe and Ladbrokes.

This website is a copypaste of many other low-quality bookies with the exact same layout, markets, and odds, so don't expect anything unique.

I was prevented from betting on sports within the first day of opening my account. Not much of a sports betting website if you aren't even allowed to use the website.

Will not payout winning bet and close account . Make up changing stories ending in one about my IP address being a proxy /vpn etc which is total BS as just a regular hone NBN service with everyday provider . Worst bookmaker ever . Sooner I take them to court the better for every punter out there .

The worst bookmaker out there, you join and look at promo page they say bonus bets if 2nd of 3rd in 1 race a day which is always the most difficult race to pick a winner but the corker is that you have to be with them for probably a year (traders discrection who the hell knows) before they Might allow you to be accepted for a promo market. If you compare to the main corporate bookies to this you would have a laugh.

i never care about writing reviews but holyy **** this site is the most unprofessional bookie ive used and ive used alot. i got promotions taken away from me because i got lucky on one bet. called me a promo abuser but didnt even bet on one promo?
they said i was match betting and using betfair to win against them.
