Never play here

Never, and I mean never, play at this casino. As soon as you win they will remove your winnings, this is the biggest scam ever created, please play anywhere else but here. After I risked my entire balance and managed to end positive, they simple removed all my winnings plus €100 of my deposit and said I breached some bonus term (which I never accepted or used) this site loves when you lose, but don’t expect a single penny when you win.

Unreliable

Unreliable – "Stay away!" If you lose bets as a customer, everything is fine with this provider. But if you want to withdraw your winnings, they accuse you of cheating and refuse to pay.

A dirty trick!

As a customer, all you can do is bet, nothing else.

SCAM website

I made a deposit of 40, after 100. Then I won 600 euro. When I try to make withdrawal they tried to ask about lot of documents when I submited all. They decides to remove 500 from my wining because I was using bonuses. We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of €500.05 has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions:

58.3.11 If a player decides to cancel an active Bonus, he can do so from his account. However, all bonus money, all winnings and any wagered amount resulting from his betting activity with the bonus will be forfeited for once and for all. Scam!

Scam!!

I won €1500 and wanted to cash it out. After my documents were confirmed and I made my withdrawal, a day later I received an email saying that I was a fraudster, belonged to a fraudster group, used VPN, submitted fake documents and committed bonus violations or whatever, I didn't even activate or have a bonus active. They didn't keep about 20% of the winnings, probably about my deposits. Let's see if I can at least get that back. I'm shocked how such scam sites can exist and make such claims out of the blue. Stay away!

Email 1:

Lastly, please note that the amount of your last deposit (€150) remains in your account."

Email 2 (I asked why exactly they made such a decision):
"Dear XXX,
Thank you for contacting us.
We understand that you may be disappointed with the outcome of the decision made by the relevant department.
Please be informed that our decision is final and was made in accordance with our terms and conditions."

Scam, obviously I haven't done anything wrong, I'm just a casual bettor - no multi accounts, no VPN...
