My experience with Slotshammer.com has been extremely disappointing and costly. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I played on this site, followed the rules, and even made a real-money deposit. After that deposit, I continued playing and legitimately won close to €500. When I requested a withdrawal, the casino canceled it and claimed that my winnings were limited by bonus or some bs.

When I asked for a clear explanation or transaction-level proof, I received only generic replies stating that their “decision is conclusive” and that they rely on vague bonus clauses. No evidence was provided. No proper breakdown. Just repeated copy-paste answers.

This is not how a trustworthy, player-friendly casino behaves. A licensed casino should be transparent and fair, not hide behind terms and conditions to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

What makes this worse is that customer support was polite but completely unhelpful. Once money was on the line, there was zero willingness to genuinely investigate the facts of the case.

LCS will continue making new casinos and scamming people. Do not deposit anything.

Played for a long time here already never had any issues for chasing out , but that I've changed i have won more then a 1000. But the limit if 1000 at a time so I did this (my account was already fully KYC verified) after waiting more then 1 day my witdraw got cancelled they now needed a new proof of evidience they ask me to but my id card close to my face and make a close picture (this feels kinda bad to do for some money and while my account was already KYC verified) but I did it and I used my driver license and it got cancelled again ... I needed to make another one with my ID CARD , i. Also asked them back in the mails why I have to to this because my account is fully KYC Verified but on that qeustion they never answered, now I recieved a new mail back where it says also my selfie with my id card close to my face is verified but they also saying :

* Should any additional documentation be required, you will be informed anew via e-mail. *

... I mean seriously just tell me what you need in total to let me verified my account fully instead of asking for 1 document and responding or checking it. A day later I now got to the point as a loyal and old player that they not give a damn about you as a player and they (in my opinion) try to doeverything to let you play my winnings but that is not going to happen , and they better cash out my winnings it is getting annoying.

Update : not recieved any confirmation about my witdraw yet I let you guys know more if something changes.

Scammers!!! They stole my money (800 euro). Do not ever trust this casino!

Never gamble on this casino! I won over €1,500 fair and square, but when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they took €1,200 without a proper explanation. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you value your money, stay far away from this casino.

They didn’t pay my winnings yet. I made a deposit 100€ and got another 100€ bonus. After 1200€ of betting, each bet 100 euro (12 bets total —> this is a must criteria) , my balance became little over 500€.

KYC confirmed after reviewing my documents one week before I even started betting.

Today is the 3rd working day after withdrawal request, I’ve not received any payment confirmation. Another disgusting fact is, that the withdrawal still can be cancelled in the logged in area after 56 hours.

Live chat not helpful at all. Avoiding to deliver any specific relevant information. I asked 10 times to deliver a deadline date for the withdrawal max. They always formulate standard answers.

They do everything to avoid quick payment. So far, I can’t think of anything positive regarding withdrawal! Nightmare

This casino is the worst there is. Never bonusrounds and sometimes 50, 60, 70 spins without any winning. A lot of horns and bells over all the features of the slot, but you will never get one or if you do, you win nothing.

Avoid; support is almost non existent and slow — impossible to get funds off (still don’t have mine) delayed slow progress - way more advanced and better books

If you earn money thy just took it from you because that is not in their interest, it disgrace !!
They made reason because how your account can be closed and none of them is true.

Dont play at this casino! Withdrawal limit is €1000 per day. But it takes about 5 days the complete the withdrawal, so if you win for example €4000 you will have your full win after 1 month. Of course you want to play in the meantime and its seductive to gamble all your winnings again.
So choose another casino or better dont gamble at all.

Stay away. Have tried now for weeks to get my withdrawal approved even if I provided all documents that they ask for. Worst casino I´ve seen I think.

Hello. This site is awful as their other "sister casinos". When making a withdrawal on any of these LCS limited casinos, they wait 3 days until ask for KYC documents so you send the documents but after 3 days of waiting again they will ask for new unnecessary documents to make you cancel the withdrawal. So they they are delaying your withdrawal for weeks for absolutely no reason. Currently I have been waiting my withdrawal for weeks and they keep saying this "Please note that the withdrawal has not been completed yet, but it has been reviewed and it will be processed. (because they have no other documents they can request at this point).

Complicated verification but finally paid out my winnings, The casino have alot of games. I mean it's a legit one.

i've deposit 100€ and got 100€ bonus.
i've made 1150 out of it.
as i wanted to withdraw my money firstly they said the max win would be 1000€. i am okay with it.
then now they cut all of my wins and just let 100€ on my account because ive made 2 bets more than 100€ and say just 100€ just counted for the bets.
at the point made those two bets i've won more than 700€ wins though.
now. this is fraud

stay away guys big fraud , you can deposit money within seconds but the withdrawal is difficult you will have problems , even if you do provide everything this casino will do everything in its power to stall and ask for documents which are almost impossible to provide, for example theyll ask you for pdf of iban and swift , which is impossible as a swedish player if you dont call your bank and ask them send you a copy lol , trust me boys and girls this casino and all the other ones belonging to the same company are frauds. Im just telling you my experience and i can promise you that they will treat you the same way would you want to withdraw money . Big scam . Saty safe
