On 30 April 2025, I deposited €250 to Nucleonbet.com, operated by L.C.S. Limited (Malta). I played fairly, was later fully KYC-approved, and won over €35,000 during a verified session.

Of that total, I successfully withdrew €8,000. Then, after requesting a €5,000 payout, the operator suddenly froze my account and voided the remaining €27,000 — without proof, without audit trail, and without prior communication.

Money went through, but never appeared on the balance. Customer support won't help you. Not returning deposit despite sending proof of payment.

Withdrawal got delayed more than two weeks. After sending plenty of additional documents, which were accepted, I got a standard reply that I have violated "some terms" and that they have reduced my account balance for several hundred Euros. So after suspending my account they have now permanently closed it. With my 100 euros still in it. They refuse to give an explanation. They just say that this is their right. It's so pathetic.
