I deposited money, won 250€+, they voided ALL my winning bets and they took all my money, saying, that I breached 12.10. I asked them, what point I breached, they do not replied.

Would give -5 stars, you cant make withdrawal before your account is verified, that takes dayyyyyys. When you are verified you can make withdrawal request, but that will be cancelled because they "need" more documents. Now it takes dayyyyyyys again waiting for the new documents to be verified. And then you can make a withdrawal request again just to have the same thing happen again, they make up documents they need. Just to make you lose patience and lose the money. Also, dont let them fool you with their bonuses. They have a maxwin of 4-10x depending how much you deposit. Pure scam casino. Do not play here or at any casino with the same license. They all do this scam method.

You can deposit money, but if you win and you want to withdraw it, a lengthy verification will begin that has no end, and in the end they will write to you that you have violated the terms and only your deposit will be received from all the winnings

This company is a scam. If you win, they will say you cheated and keep all the money you won. They did eventually send me back the money I had deposited, but they stole the 1216.62 euros I had won.

Erst muss man KYC machen, was vollkommen i.O. ist, aber wenn man dann auszahlen will dauert es erst mindestens 7 Tage und dann streichen Sie dir dein Guthaben auf deinen Einzahlungsbetrag runter und nehmen dir die erwirtschafteten Gewinne.

In meinem Fall waren es 372,74 Euro die gestrichen wurden. Ich habe jetzt nur noch mein ursprüngliches Geld in Höhe von 100 Euro als Guthaben zur Verfügung.

Man bekommt dann eine email mit folgendem Wortlaut:

Withdrawal is not possible from this casino. Verifying, pending, reject withdrawal, more documents, verifying, pending etc. And it goes on and on. How can this kind of unethical piece of garbage still have license to operate? God have mercy on their souls.

money deposited into my account. this has been debited from my bank account but not credited to my betstro account. this was my first deposit as a new customer on this site. day later still not credited. you can't contact customer service because they don't have them! live chat is fake!

The company simply doesnt want to lose money and they will never withdraw your money even after you send them ID, selfie ID, utility bill, bank statement, they even asked me to send them proof to show that my number is mine, after I sent all of this they decided to steal my money with the following reason. As a few of the other reviews they stole my winnings. I took the sports bonus and i know that i didn't break any of their T&C´s (we all know these scammier sites have very strange terms so i read them carefully). They kept asking for more pictures for verification and then took my winnings. They didn't even told me which rule i broke. I would have gave them a 0 if possible. Worst scam site i have ever tried!

Without me doing anything wrong, they accused me of being a cheater. No evidence was given. They took my winnings from bonus money and winnings from my own earned money.
