Withdrawal cancelled, winnings removed

I am disappointed with Taikaspins’ handling of a sports betting withdrawal.

All bets were accepted and settled, but when I requested a withdrawal of €176.66, the casino cancelled it and removed the winnings from my balance.

The casino referred to “repeated bets” and general Terms & Conditions, but did not explain why all bets, including non-repeated and valid settled bets, were voided. No bets were cancelled before settlement.

I contacted support and requested clarification, but was only told that the “decision is final”, without evidence or a detailed explanation.

I have escalated the matter to independent dispute platforms and the licensing authority, as I believe this handling lacks transparency and proportionality.

won’t pay me my winnings

won’t pay me my winnings. after 2 weeks of sending verifications they banned my account due ”cheating” and i never did anything wrong. avoid this casino at all costs

NEVER PLAY ON THIS CASINO!!!

i am from the Netherlands and i was new to this casino. I only deposit €50,00 and i won without any bonus wager €2000.

Then my verification process started. Document after document uploaded and then it was finally green and my profile was verified.

The maximum withdrawal once a time is €1000,00 which is kind of weird to me but okay. So i withdrawal €1000,00 euros. They let me wait, let me wait. Still nothing!

Eventually i received an email where stands that my withdrawal and the other €1000 euro is REMOVED from account and only the €50,00 i deposited is left.

People pleaseeeee do not play on this casino. They are the biggest scammers in the world.
