Scibet is clearly scamming its customers!
I am writing to file a complaint against Scibet Casino regarding their unjustified rejection of my withdrawal request and confiscation of my legitimate winnings. After registering an account with Scibet Casino and accepting a sports betting bonus, I fully complied with all terms and conditions, including the wagering requirements associated with this bonus. Upon successfully completing all requirements, I attempted to withdraw my winnings. Despite my account being verified according to their KYC procedures before this withdrawal attempt, Scibet rejected my withdrawal request twice, demanding additional documentation each time. First, they requested a selfie with my driver's license, which I provided promptly. Next, they requested proof of my phone number from my mobile operator, which I also submitted.
After providing all requested documentation and waiting an additional day, I received a message from Scibet stating that my withdrawal had been cancelled and my winnings had been removed from my balance. They cited a breach of Terms & Conditions (specifically section 11.1), claiming prohibited practices. I deny having engaged in any prohibited practices as defined in their terms and conditions. Specifically, I did not abuse any bonuses or promotions, use any unfair external factors or cheating methods, take any unfair advantage, open duplicate accounts, or engage in any fraudulent practice or criminal activity. I believe Scibet Casino has rejected my withdrawal and confiscated my winnings solely because of the amount involved. When I contacted their customer support about this issue, they simply stated that "the matter has been closed" and refused to provide any specific evidence of the alleged violations or further assistance. This behavior appears to be in bad faith and potentially constitutes an unfair business practice, as they have failed to provide any concrete evidence of my alleged violations of their terms.
