Love the products, don’t love the website:
- discounts are not instantly calculated
- retail sales prices changes from $ to €
- website is not intuitive
- inconsistent representation of images
It feels that there is an organizational problem happening behind the scenes.
Ordering online was not easy but a struggle.

I bought two hats
I bought two hats - I have as very pleased with both but Brecon promised a 10% discount which I never received on the first order despite signing up and emailing them about it. I am unhappy about this - otherwise great hat and packaging but very poor customer service.

So Many Compliments!

Disappointed by products / experience.
I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $45 when my packages arrived in my country.
Honestly, disappointed with the hat. its price and the lack of transparency around the total cost.
*Horrible customer service response. The response has solidified the fact that I will never order your products again. Perhaps consider making the information more available. I didn't see it anywhere upon checkout.*
