DO NOT PLAY ANY GAME ON THIS APP!! When I say their games are rigged, that doesn’t do it justice!! Please, trust me! Worst gaming app out by far!

They do what the others say they do. The other review is completely opposite of my experience, because bet rivers doesn’t play games it isn’t supposed to, and they pay FAST. Does their sports book need some fine tuning? I have to say yes, but it’s bright and fine to use and is different in a kind of good way. Bet rivers is a top level online casino and it’s on the rise.

Originally review BR on 8/3/25…..decided to give them another try and same outcome. This place is horrible. They throttle the game play. Wins are very far and few. I’ve lost a ton of money on this site with no entertainment value, customer service sucks, VIP hosts suck, bonuses suck, casino sucks, poker sucks (watch out for the river, it always hits). They don’t care about relationships with players, only about taking your money. I was a black tier VIP player and they would do nothing for me after the losses I incurred. They dropped me from having a VIP host after I complained. DO NOT play here. You’ve been warned!

Bet Rivers is the worst casino app ever!!! I’ve played them all and all my stupid self did was feed them money with barely any wins, the most was barely enough to just play an extra 10 minutes! I’m so mad at how much money I gave them. Don’t do it because you will regret the big losses!

How this casino is regulated is beyond me? It’s suppose to be fair andcrandom generated yet when playing their slots, you never hit the bonus rounds and their live dealer casino blackjack is by far and away the most rigged on the planet. Dealer always makes a hand, and only busts if you do before hand. If you get 20 The dealer gets 21, it’s mind boggling

Location never works, in game bets constantly lagging or getting stuck.

The fact they void whole parlays if just one part of the leg is void…. is insane! It’s unheard of, no other app does it.
Even if it’s just a random 3 teamer I picked blind. I wouldn’t trust betting with them if they have weird rules like that.

Yeah it seems every time I play it betrivers, I pretty much lose. Wheel spins if I win something by the time I'm done with the playthrough I'll be lucky if I have a couple dollars left. I've gotten a $25 wheel spin had $10 left after the playthrough played three different games took the money right away. I mean what's the point of getting bonuses when they just take it right back anyhow or bonus codes and then they take it back. The most I've ever gotten the cash out from there is $18. I feel as they rob you blind. Their slogan is you play we pay. It's more like you play and we take all your money away that's what their slogan should be. I think the casino should be sued for making their games addictive giving you a win you get sucked right into it. I think these guys are the criminals.

Rivers online casino is horrible they never give you a good payout. Why would you ever buy any coins, the real casino is the same. FYI DONT GO AND DONT PLAY NOT WORTH THE TIME OR $$$

In order to change anything on your account (address phone number) takes weeks and they ask for documentation that’s not worth the headache

My experience was straight hell with combination of fury lost 11k in 5 days won 5 k back then lost several thousands afterwards in casino alone! All in a week! Was given tops 250$ bonus after losing thousands not to mention glitches every time I get a win and messes up the algorithm on top of sports book is trash! Can’t put in exactly what you want limit your bets ridiculous odds and just all around terrible experience I advise to stay far away big time losing spree will occur with zero wins and zero resolution for technical issues!

Worst casino i have ever played on support is garbae, live blackjack i swear they hire people to play and mess it up for the table so they win, and have i mentioned there customer support is trash, will highly recommend for people to stay away what a joke

This casino just keeps taking and taking it never pays when you do finally win its like 20 to 40 dollers after your spent hundreds its not worth anyone time.

Worse online. casino experience i had in life. That and Golden Nugget. You have to lose 1k to win $56. The slots are very overpowered all towards "the Casino Edge." You might as well just give them the money your chances of winning is horrendous. I think we should start creating legislation that holds these online gaming sites accountable

Sports betting is OK, just like every other sports betting site, but the "CASINO" it is absolutely rigged, you will win one hand every once in a blue moon or twice on your full session but they will win most of their hands out of the blue.
Most of digital casinos are somehow rigged but this one is the worst, they do not have any balance, unfortunately I am a gambler and I have tried 17 times trying to beat them but the 17 times I've lost, it is my fault as a gambler to continue playing with thembut they have no mercy on their odds which might as well be 85% CASINO to 15% for the player, you better stay away from this Casino❌❌❌❌❌❌

Unless you’re a new player, you never win they suck you win when you become a new player by letting you win a lot, but forget it after that. Their new games don’t pay out whereas every other site does. You get banned from chat if you tell the truth.

Cannot get help takes forever to get an email or text to do anything

BetRivers has no problem taking your money but once you want to withdraw winnings then the problem starts I been disabled from wagering I lost all my free spins from first time player bonus and they keep telling me my bank card needs my name on it . I have sent them photos of my bank card and my drivers license and still am waiting for four days The customer service just sends me case numbers and never replies back I should of stayed with Fandual never had problems Nov18 my problem is still not resolved
