After already being verified and having made prior withdrawals I proceeded to make a couple more deposits to try my luck. And what started as good luck with my balance climbing to 10k quickly soured when I decided to withdraw some of my money. They rejected my withdrawals asking for more verification, wanting a photo with me holding my ID which is kind of understanble so I complied and they accepted my picture. So I went and started the withdrawal process again just to be denied again. Now they wanted a self taken video holding id and today's date whilst stating my name, who video is intended for, and to wave my hand in front of face and then also show my surroundings. This is purely unnecesary and all in the hopes il just gamble my money instead of withdrawing it. 8 days since starting withdrawal process and they continue to make weak excuses as to why they aren't releasing MY money. Edit now it's been 8 days since sending my 11th piece of verification (self shot video) and my withdrawals are still pending. Even though I was told video verification would take up to 4 business days. To claim this is all in the best interest of betsofas customers is ridiculous, unfair and shows very poor business practises. And the only matter to be resolved is betsofas reluctance to pay me what's fairly mine. Edit# so after accepting my 11 piece of verification. They have now asked for another 3? Proof of salary, proof of phone contract and a notified identication? Which in all is basically every piece of identity given, a bank doesn't need that much to lend $1million.

They required more photo id, selfies, proof of payment, Id verification. Submitted. Took a week for all of this. Verified, fine.
Guess what? They ask for a video of me holding the ID, with bet sofa on the name, video of me stating their company , name of date, video of me waving my hand, taking a full video of around me, holding my id and rotating it.
Another week to get verified, guess what? They are now asking for even more, proof of salary and 2023 tax returns. This is for a 150$ withdrawl imagine what they will do if its even more total scam stay away, trash casino and you guys should be ashamed you scammers

One of the worst casinos i came across ever. they keep asking for more and more documents each time to keep your funds.
1st they asked for my passport and utility bill. 2nd they asked for proof of deposit. 3rd they asked for an alternative ID like driver's license along with selfie with passport. 4th they again asked for a video with passport and show my surroundings and what not. 5th they asked for notorized passport and then no reply at all. Now support says work load of verification team is huge. I need to wait forever because they have huge workload and don't hage enough employees.
Update: according to them verification might take little longer, in thier language, little longer means many many months

I have been able to deposit a lot with bank transfers. When it comes to withdraws it gets difficult. I am not allowed to use any other method but crypto. Be careful.
After submitting my review they obviously decided to erase a big part of my balance although I did not use a bonus. Balance is now 600€ instead of 2000.
They erased 1400€ of my balance because a bet was accepted at 16:58. The goal was scored ten minutes later. Nevertheless they decided to keep the money although you they voided the bet without any answer wrong. This site is not playing fair! They voided a bet which is won correctly!
Nothing of what they described in their answer happened. I placed a bet which is correct and they voided it afterwards for no reason. Only because I limited my account. My remaining balance has been withdrawed after many days. I needed to submit a ton of documents for that. I had a very bad time playing on you site which is acting unfair.
Update 2: Now they even want a birth certificate because of my negative experience report I published here? This shows again how greedy this site is. They lured me to their site with the promise of a 100% Freebet of the deposit amount up to 100 euros.
I deposited and received the Freebet.
The freebet needs to be bet full amount. I bet according to the rules and I got it right. My balance then went up to 280 euros in the bonus wallet and plus my 100 euros in the main wallet..
So I started betting to fulfill the rollover.
When I started fulfilling the rollover they limited my bets to ZERO EUROS.
This prevented me from meeting the rollover requirements and consequently made me lose all the amount I had earned.
They found a fraudulent way of not paying me a penny of what I had earned.
If they respond to this criticism, they'll say I didn't withdraw the amount because I didn't meet the rollover requirements. What is truth.
But they won't tell you the rest.That I failed to meet the requirements because they reduced my bets to zero and made it impossible for me to meet the rollover.
Below my comment you can see the response from Betsofa.com and how dishonest they are in fact. They say I adopted some fraudulent strategy. In other words, they try to throw the responsibility for being thieves on my back. I have not adopted any minimal risk strategy. I didn't place any bets on both sides of the same event. 1. According to the Welcome Free Bet Bonus Terms and Conditions Section 19:
Betsofa reserves the right to review customer transaction records and logs for any reason. If, upon such review, it appears that a customer is using strategies which Betsofa, at its sole discretion, deems to be abusive, Betsofa reserves the right to revoke that customer's right to participate in the bonus program and void their bonus.
2. Terms and Conditions, Section 9.16: Minimal risk Bets on any Games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create "action" with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk Bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette Game, and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat Game. Players who are found to be adopting these practices risk of having their Bonus and winnings confiscated.
Therefore your bonus and winnings generated by bonus have been forfeit. However, we did not confiscate your deposited amount and let you withdraw it in full as an exception.
