Bad service, no payment
It is bizar and close to rude how bad their service is. I did not even take any bonus because I know what a scam that usually is. Even though I just played a little roulette and I got lucky; so when I won 564 euros I decided to cash out. But still no real response or solution from the casino.
While in their conditions is stated that within 2 days you should have been helped.
Those days are way past over and when I get to talk to someone who is not a robot they tell me to be patient. And that to them also things are unclear. I would have expected way more professional behaviour from a casino like this.
