Please dont do it!

Please, dont play here. I did a deposit of 50,- euros and the moment i paid from my bank account, betspino said ‘transaction failed’ but it did go trought my bank account! What is going on? Opzich een leuk casino met leuke spellen en leuke winstjes.

Alleen is het uitbetalen wel een bende. Ik had 3 withdrawals van ieder 50 euro. 2 van de withdrawals daarvan zijn uiteindelijk uitbetaald. Ik vermoed zelf dat ze er 2 met elkaar verwarren en dat ze daarom dus denken dat de derde ook betaald is. De status van beide withdrawals is gelijk en het tijdstip van de status update ook.

Dus 2 van de 3x 50 euro gekregen. Dat is op zichzelf niet erg maar de klantenservice neemt je niet serieus of snapt mijn zorg niet. Bovendien.. het is toch 50 euro .. die wil ik alsnog krijgen.

Dus let op met je withdrawals: niet te veel van hetzelfde bedrag te snel achter elkaar.

Update: 12-03-2024 nogsteeds de 50 euro niet gekregen en geen gehoor van support. Verder alle uitbetalingen ontvangen.

Update 2: I think I’m finally being taken seriously by support. If this matter gets fixed I’ll up my score to 4 stars.

Update 3: matter has finally been resolved. Took a bit too long if you ask me. But nevertheless solved.

Update 4: it has happened again. This time I withdrew 3x 40 euro in quick succession. I received only 1x 40 euro. It’s been 9 days. Support isn’t listening or wishes to wait weeks before doing anything. The problem is that all 3 withdrawals have the same status and timestamps. It looks like there is a serious bug in their systems somehow.

Update 5: this issue has also been resolved but obviously the process is flawed.
