Complaint of kitchen

I recently had fitted bedroom furniture which was brilliant service and fitters excellent however I ordered new fitted kitchen this did not go so well. Initial service good picked design in showroom and surveyor came all went well. I did not like having to pay full amount before kitchen fitted but assured that any problems installation manager would solve this was not the case. Kitchen delayed 2days but was assured it would be finished on time this was not the case the kitchen started on 27th July from start to finish complications fixtures not fitted properly I requested a surveyor to check what had been done he came and discussed with installation manager I felt poor communication all round new kitchen fitter sent and he nearly had to redo most of fittings took him 2days it eventually was completed around 21st sept in all total of nearly 8 weeks!!!! Transport manager brilliant at delivering and removing surplus fittings. I would not recommend this company one of the reasons is paying full amount upfront there is no comeback if it goes wrong. I did get small amount of compensation I felt as I waited 8 weeks for completion it was not sufficient for the distress that I endured. Mrs Howell

A Muktadir

Good service throughout unfortunately u had nearly lost a huge amount of deposit hence why I chose to carryon with the order. No one explained that I can transfer my deposit to use it in other products until I asked myself. Maybe that could improve. Otherwise all was well.

Generally a good service and good standard of cupboards

Our experience of betta living was generally good, although the initial consultation charged us more of a deposit than was agreed and set up our finance incorrectly. This was sorted during the second visit and plans were all sorted also. The company did contact us on numerous occasions to set a delivery date and fitting, but were flexible due to ongoing work on our house. However once a delivery date was set there was no changing it but luckily all worked out good. The fitters was very good and we are now very pleased with our wardrobes.

Stunning kitchen .

The kitchen looks stunning especially with the granite worktops. The units are very well made . I found the fitters most helpful and they worked longer days to get the job finished. Very please with the service.

Kitchen,

I ordered a kitchen 3 years ago, the men who fitted the kitchen were amazing, I was looking after my mum who was, 93 years old and severely disabled. The fitters gave me the utmost respect, they were so sensitive to the situation I was in and made it as easy and hassle-free as possible. I have recently had to contact CS and the service which they have provided is absolutely excellent, far better than I expected, I'd say the best customer service I have ever received. I can high recommend bettaliving, they've been brilliant!

Fantastic!!! Highly Recommend

Betta Living did a marvellous job right from the outset. The designer and surveyor were easy to deal with and came up with a great plan in preventing my new wardrobe obstructing one of my windows despite the fact that I was okay with the obstruction. My wardrobe was processed quicker than expected, the delivery guys were understanding and the fitter was tidy. The final product is great, solid, good quality and looks fabulous.

But most importantly, they have excellent customer service; each process was communicated properly and explained.

I would highly recommend betta Living.

Excellent Standard of Cupboards

My 2 bespoke cupboards fitted in the little bedroom over stairs bulkhead are wonderful

quality wardrobes

Good experience from start to finish. The cost of these wardrobes is reasonable for the quality of the finished product. The fitter was excellent with good attention to detail and produced a faultless finished installation.

Professional Company giving great service.

A neighbour had a Betta Living bedroom fitted last year and when she heard we were looking for a new bedroom she invited us to see hers. We were very impressed and visited the local showroom in Tamworth. The assistant was very professional but not pushy & we felt happy to arrange for a surveyor to visit our property. A comprehensive survey was carried out and a total cost of works was agreed along with timescales. There then followed a further visit when all measurements were taken and exact details of the new bedroom were discussed. I then subsequently was contacted by the Company Head Office to arrange delivery and fitting dates to suit my circumstances. Delivery was carried out exactly on time and again was very professional. The actual installation was fantastic. I had two fitters who took two days to fit my bedroom and I must say they did a brilliant job. My wife and I are more than happy with out new bedroom and feel we got great value for money and service along with a great product.

Poor communication, Aftersales rubbish

Waredrobe panels were delived damaged! Not surprising with the way they were stacked on the lorry! It took several phone calls and emails to customer services to rectify the issues. We were promised call backs and to be kept up to date with delivery of replacement panels but these were never kept. When the wardrobes were fitted it was found that the mirror was chipped, and surprise surprise we are still waiting for a replacement mirror after 3 weeks after installation.

Great aftersales cutsomer service

I have had the new kitchen designed and supplied by Betta Living. Recently one of the cabinet door lamination had a minor shrank on inside-edge. I have contacted customer service who were polite and confirmed replacement door will be delivered 7-10 days. It was delivered with 5 days but the size was incorrect due to my error in supplying incorrect code. I contacted customer service again and explained the reason. I was very pleased to hear that Betta Living will look at the design and order me a correct door. After 5 days new door came. I am very happy with the professional and prompt service received from customer service team. Thanks to Ali, Laura, and Alex.

Could be better all round really.

Designer/sales person, couldnt really say no to them. They did miss 2 areas which needed to be boxed in ( pipework and sockets). Has really effected the overall finish. Fitters boxed one area in, the other we are attempting ourselves.

Delivery note ASAP, arrived 4 months too early, spending this amount of money, i expect dates, after a 2nd 3hour visit noticing ASAP delivery date wasnt the prioriry. A date should have been discussed properly at the time and all diarys checked accordingly from all parties involved.

Fitters arrived ontime, came and went when they said they would. Very polite and good at there jobs. My only fault here is the joins in my worktop are visible, i have been told they will disappear....

I personally wouldnt use them again, too much headaches along the way. I thought having the professionals in would take off the stress....it just added.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Very professional staff in the show room, great salesman but after we paid our deposit which had a 14 day cooling off period we decided to cancel as we had read so many bad reviews on their kitchen installations (if you look in detail they only get good reviews on bedroom furniture/wardrobes, we couldn't see a single good one for kitchens). After requesting our deposit back we've had several calls trying to get us to keep our contract with them...even offering a better price !!! I can however not get a single response to my emails/calls to get my money back, a month later and still struggling

In response to your comments below on: 10 August Trish responded my cancellation request that contained the information you requested below with - 'Just a quick email to confirm receipt of your cancellation. This has now been logged at Head Office and passed to the Regional Sales Manager who will be in touch'

What more do I need to do to get my money back ????????

I can honestly say that I had a fast friendly and reliable service from betta living totally hassle free from the designer who was very professional and gave me new ideas right through to the fitter who did an amazing job he left no mess and made a fantastic job I would definitely recommend betta living and would use them again 5 star service .
