Top quality bedroom furniture, very well fitted.
I needed fitted bedroom furniture and Betta Living were one of the companies I initially looked at and visited the Sheffield store, where the staff were excellent. The home visit by the sales person went ok, but then I had problems with the paperwork, etc. and I got to the point where I was all set o cancel the order. However, another person from the company contacted me and everything was eventually sorted out. Delivery was easy and the fitter was excellent. Just getting accustomed to the fitted bedroom furniture, but so far I am very pleased with everything.

Fantastic!
We found the whole process from the first design visit, to the surveyor and then the actual fitting of our new wardrobes very straight forward. The finished wardrobes are gorgeous and the fitter worked so hard. We had more expensive quotes from other companies but cannot see how they could be any better! My sister recommended Betta Living to us and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

We've been lied to!
We are so disappointed. We entered into a contract with Betta living in august and after waiting a month finally had the planner round last night only to be told that the units we picked don't even exist. Some of the key features we picked are not even an option and most of the measurements were wrong. In total we have spent 10 hours with the sales person and planner the result being a kitchen that does not resemble what we put a deposit down for. This is our dream kitchen but unfortunately bettaliving have turned it into a disappointment and additional hassle. We are hoping for a speedy resolution or will be taking our money elsewhere.

Space saver bedroom
Betta living recently fitted a space saver bedroom in the smallest bedroom in the house,which also had the stair head box in it. Betta living have completely transformed my sons room. They were professional and hard working throughout the design and fitting process. Would definitely recommend.

Appalling customer service! Don't ever use betta living!
I signed a contract with betta review recently for fitting 2 bedrooms. They were all very nice when selling their product. They said they would fix the bedrooms at a date of our convenience, and they would even fix the 2 bedrooms at separate times, if that is what we wanted. Both me and my wife work during week and also weekends sometimes, and we thought this was fantastic! They sent the surveyor, who was also very nice and said the same things- how great they are with their flexibility and how they always think of their customers convenience etc etc. Everything great so far.
Now starts the real customer service, if that's what they want to call it! When they called us to fix a delivery date and the days to fix the bedroom, they were rigid with the dates. Not only that, the person was so rude on the phone- it was like take it or leave it attitude! And to think that it is us who are paying for this! And no question of fitting the 2 bedrooms on separate weeks- have to be done at the same time! We asked to speak to this person's senior who said they will move the dates, but they have to do both bedrooms at same time! I asked them why they tell 2 different things- very nice and lovely when selling it and something else when the job is to be done! They said they can't speak for the designer or surveyor- in other words- we can con you as we like when selling, but what we do is up to us, not you! I lost it by then and demanded my deposit back! At this point the lady said she would get in touch with the designer and surveyor and get back to me! Still waiting to hear and keen to know what pack of lies they tell me now! Please, please avoid betta living altogether! They know nothing about customer service! All they are interested is in your money! There are many other better companies who may cost a bit more than betta living, but they know how to treat their customers!
Then I got a brief reply from them saying they were sorry!

A simple sorry is not going to solve the matter. So you are basically admitting that the designer didn't advise me properly! And yet, the designer made me sign the contract- so basically a contract signed on falsehoods isn't valid! Besides I haven't agreed to any dates for fitting- the person I spoke to said she will contact the designer and surveyor and get back to me! I am still waiting for that phone call, but not suprised at all that I haven't received one yet! That your customer service is poor is well established, and not returning the promised call only validates that! I have written to the customer services myself to agree to the original conditions or return my money! On the matter of saying sorry and getting away with it, can I now say that actually I will only pay only 3/4 of the money I said I would. I know I said that I would pay so much before, but sorry for saying that- now I won't pay that money?
Please be wary of betta living salespersons! They tell one thing, mostly false promises and make you sign the contract and then do what they wish! I can't give them any lower than 1 star- would have done exactly that if I could

Betterliving wardrobes
we had just moved to a brand new house so had 3 fitted wardrobe quotes. Better living was the best quality and value we felt. The salesman wasn't pushy but did negotiate with us to give us what we were happy with. Karen and the admin team kept us up to date with the payment side and installation. James The fitter took two days and did a fantastic job. All we had to do after was get the carpet cut to fit round the new fitted wardrobes. They come with a 15 year guarantee and I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional the fitter was excellent clean and tidy while working left everything in a immaculate state everything and everyone turned up at the times agreed. The only thing that should be changed is I felt 3 hours with a surveyor was a waste of time as all he did was repeat everything already discussed with the sale's person and if he was there to measure up to make sure the right amount of materials was ordered we had lots of wood left over which I did not expect but end results where brillant

Appalling after service/ robbing me of my deposit!
I have been in the market for a new kitchen for the last number of months and recently contacted Betta Living for some guidance. All my initial approaches were met with very swiftly; within a day of contacting them, they had lined up for their kitchen designer to come and visit the house, and they sent a representative out the following evening (13th September).
While the sales person (not a designer, that we had expected) was very courteous, he was also extremely pushy and inexplicable stayed at our house for over 3 1/2 hours. He could see that we had a young family (two young children under the age of 4), but stayed until the death so he could strike his deal. On the night in question, he mentioned that the kitchens were selling at a 60% discount, but he was prepared to offer me 70% off, provided I cut him a cheque for 10% there and then.
Given the lateness in the evening and that my children were still unsettled, I repeatedly asked him whether the offer could be cancelled. He pointed to the cancellation policy (within the agreement) which states that all contracts can be cancelled within 14 days notice. Indeed, the language cites that the “the cancellation period will expire after 14 days of receipt of the physical possession”. Based on that knowledge I cut him a cheque for deposit.
On reflection, the next morning I contacted Betta Living to cancel the contract (14th September) and I received confirmation that my contract was cancelled. You can imagine my horror, when on 21st September, I notice that the cheque for my deposit was cashed! Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact the Farnborough store to speak with David (the regional manager), and he has always been too busy to take my call! I have also emailed repeatedly customer services to contact David and I have been assured that he is aware. I am also a very busy person, and I take a very dim view of this treatment. Betta Living have no right to hold onto this money and I am extremely disappointed at this attitude. If my money is not returned to me within the next few days (today is now 2 weeks since I cancelled), I will take legal action.
