For the first time in my life I was able to purchase a new kitchen. I had Beta living come over for a free home visit, then again after an extension! Finally then placing an order with Simon. I honestly truthfully couldn't be any happier with my kitchen purchase, I love it! From start to finish the service was exceptional and the fitters - wow unbelievable how hard they worked during the two days they were here.
I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

Efficient from the salesman through surveying to the final fitting. Each stage cleaned up after themselves and where helpful and courtious.

I bought my kitchen in 2013 and stored it in my garage, I have just had it fitted and I am absolutely thrilled with it, it is exactly what I wanted and my fitter said it is one of the best and strongest kitchens he has fitted.He was worried about the length of time in the garage but he said it was as good as new when he fitted it. Thank you Bettaliving for a beautiful practical kitchen.I would recommend them 100%.

For the most part our newly installed kitchen is what we were hoping for, although there are some minor niggles and it's not exactly as planned. There is however one major detail that has prevented my family from enjoying our kitchen.

When we purchased the kitchen (for nearly £20,000) we were promised that the existing microwave cupboard would be refitted and styled to a smooth wall and that a new built in microwave would be supplied and fitted to an excellent standard as per rest of kitchen. It wasn't.

The original job was a very poor standard, with protruding and amateurish finishing with exposed joins and horizontal and vertical "wood effects" and no skimming to match surrounding walls - not what we were promised or paid for.

After a number of emails, workmen turned up on unplanned days and eventually (after another shoddy attempt) replaced the "wood" surround with plasterboard that is protruding, daubed with pollyfilla and not skimmed. Despite it's ugly appearance it is an improvement over the monstrosity before. However, as it stands now we are not able to do anything with the wall or rest of the kitchen - we can't tile or paint it as it is uneven and protruding at the top, and as mentioned, covered in Polyfilla. And we've now been waiting 3 full months since the original kitchen installation was supposedly completed.

And this is where we are still. We have emailed and spoken to Betta Living on a number of occasions (with long delays between communications from them) - the last time was on 10th October when we spoke to Andy Marshall at the Customer Service dept; he hasn't got back to us despite promises. So we're going to have to chase them up again.

Throughout the whole job we've been fed misinformation, had unexpected visits from workmen and received some shoddy work (which is a shame, as most of the work has been of ecellent quality). It's a pity that TrustPilot doesn't include the ability to upload photos as we have some doozies.

I would NEVER use bettaLiving again for anything - I wouldn't trust them to plan a picnic, let alone anything more important. I actually regret this whole affair.

What's most annoying is that their webite states - "For guaranteed quality and exceptional service call us today"

Very pleased with the quality and the fitting

The whole service from Betta Living from the start has been excellent. The initial appointment was made quickly, the planner arrived with an array of samples and created a bespoke computer generated plan to our specifications was able to easily modify the drawing. The arrival of the surveyor took place shortly afterwards and the furniture was delivered a few weeks later and the following day the fitted arrived to install. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. The fitting was carried out to a very high standard. To say we are delighted is an understatement.

Everything was delivered and installed when they said it would be. The quality is lovely and the fitter was very good. The wardrobe has transformed the room and is excellent value in my opinion.

From the beginning everything was well organised from the interior designer ( who gave great advice) to the surveyor and eventually the carpenter who did a great job. Would surely recommend Betta Living.

We had our bathroom designed and fitted by bettaliving 2 years ago, if you are thinking of employing them for a bathroom, don't do it!
Cheap fittings at top prices, preformed 'fitted' wash basin cupboard, no it wasn't 'fitted' it was botched and patched. the toilet cistern is not secure to the wall, the toilet bowl is loosely attached to the floor........... I could go on. I tried to get them to rectify the faults and snags, grudgingly, the team leader of the fitters did a few ow the snags, but not the important stuff like the toilet cistern. Due to the appalling, flimsy quality of the plastic bath panel, I purchased a more substantial one for £310 (Just for a bath panel!!!). When the (different) fitter came to fit it, he found part of the new panel missing, told us he had ordered a new one and would come back when it arrived - it never arrive and he never came back! I've gone through the customer service dept, aftersales, the guy who bragged that he was the contracts manager and even to the area manager yet they have still not returned to rectify the problems, despite all the promises. Useless company, don't use them

Very impressed with Roberts work he was very polite and left the room very clean and tidy.

We are really happy with our new wardrobes. The experience from start to finish was easy. The final 'measure up' was very proffesional and thorough.

The two fitters that came were brilliant, went through everything one last time to make sure and explained in detail. Cant fault the quality standards one bit.

hassle free bedroom from showroom to installation . A very happy customer

I used Bettaliving to improve my 10 year old daughters box room bedroom. I wanted something that would give her much needed storage, look classy and last into her adult years. I was nervous as I've never attempted anything like this. The sales guy was very helpful, honest and not pushy. He put up with numerous calls, show room visits and changes with good humour. On visiting the show room the staff couldn't do enough and kept us supplied with drinks and even cakes to shut my inquisitive child up!
Calls from admin to move the order in we're fairly frequent but not pushy. It took me longer to start as I had to have preparation work done. The surveyor was polite and professional. He did in fact miss a small jewellery drawer off plans but this was promptly rectified when I noticed it during fitting. All items were delivered by lovely pair of guys two days before fitting. Not too long to live with wood everywhere.
The fitter was a local chap subcontracted to Bettaliving and was amazing. He worked 12hours + each of the two days it took to complete. I was asked frequently to confirm options such as hanging and shelf height and he was friendly and did an amazing job. Both myself and my daughter love the finished room.
The quality is exceptional. Proper backs and floors. I am confident it will survive a boisterous child and look great for many years. It took a while to get my head around the payment structure but it works really well. You pay at stages and to the surveyor and fitter directly. Lots of my friends weren't aware of Bettaliving but they are now!

I am so excited about my new Bedroom Sliding door wardrobe . The service was exceptional from start to finish. The fitter Lee Hickling did a superb job, he was polite , easy to talk with,clean and tidy. I was amazed by how quickly he worked and pay attention to details. I am so happy I chose betta living. My bedroom look fantastic and I am getting accustom to the new look. Sheron

The initial design was modified by the surveyor to fit the contours of the bedroom wall. The installation was performed efficiently and competently by the carpenter. The final result is excellent and serves our requirement completely.

Fast delivery and construction of my bedroom furniture. No problems what so ever. Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Will definately use Betta Living again for future home improvements.
