After placing an order
After placing an order, Better Batt emailed to point out that it might take 30 days for the items to ship. Because we’re sailing we would have departed the delivery address before the items arrived. I emailed back to ask if I could cancel the order and Better Batt processed a refund immediately.
Hard to find batteries
Was able to find a battery that no one else seamed to have or get, was happy to wait for it.

I placed an order on Friday before 12pm…
I placed an order on Friday before 12pm (20/5) The delivery was supposed to arrive next business day (that would be Monday).
It didn’t arrive until 12pm Thursday. As I wasn’t home, the driver took it to the post office with advice that it won’t be ready for collection until Friday (27/6).
I would have been better (and a damned sight faster) to buy from a big chain store 5 minutes away. Serves me right for trying to support local small businesses.
And before you say it was not your problem, if you order before 3pm (which I did) he pickup should be Monday. The pickup wasn’t done until Wednesday!

After I placed the order, I got an email from Sunshine Hiwatig stating that the shipping will be delayed by 30 days, and asked whether I would still want to proceed with the order. I am in Western Australia, and I've become used to delayed Shipping.
Even though they stated it will be delayed, it only took 15 Days for delivery, so to my surprise it was much quicker than anticipated.
I've had the opposite from so many companies shipping to WA. You know the ones going it will take 10 days, and it ends up taking 30 days or more. So refreshing that these guys under-promised and over-delivered.

I ordered the wrong batteries but Han made it so easy to return the order and she ensured that I ordered the correct ones. She followed up with calls and emails.
