John was so great in helping me figure out what I needed and getting the order to me in the short time frame I needed. He was very responsive and understanding of my time restrictions. My company has used better bidders before, and we are always so thrilled with the service and products we receive!

Very helpful customer service. They called to explain all of my ordering options.

We placed an order for bid paddles that we did not need right away as they were for next year's event.
I was not sure how soon they would be shipped, so I reached out to customer service, which is John, as this is a small family company. John replied within the same day, which I appreciated. He explained that although they were very busy, our order was in their system. I reached out a few times to follow up as I hadn't heard anything. Again, we weren't in a rush, but I wanted to know when it shipped to let my colleague know when to expect the shipment. John always replied right away, friendly each time, and made me feel secure in knowing our order was not forgotten. When we received our order, it was exactly as expected. Great experience!

The paddles arrived on time and were exactly what we ordered. A great addition to our event!

The better bidder paddles are a great addition to our auction and provide additional branding opportunities. The fun shapes make guests even more excited to raise their paddles for our cause! They make the design process very easy as well. My only complaint is that instead of shipping your paddles within a few weeks of the order, they base it on your event date. In our case, we placed our order in late May and were told we'd get them in September. Then come September, they accidentally printed on the thinner substrate and we had to reach out to them to correct it, which they did swiftly (within a few days). The long delay seems unnecessary. In planning events, we have to check so many boxes - with many things happening in the final weeks of planning. We planned early on this element to get ahead and the long wait was not ideal.

Excellent Customer Service & Product

John was very personable and provided great customer service in helping us to get our order printed and shipped to meet our tight schedule. The auction paddles we ordered turned out great and were a big hit at our event. Would highly recommend!!

They were quick to answer any questions I had. Shipping was quick and customer service was excellent!

Responsive, easy to work with, quality product

John did a great job of rushing our order, but had so much going on I ended up having to grab the paddles myself. I enjoyed the visit to the shop for sure, but in the busiest season of our year it was another task to be done.
