Superb product and excellent service. Speedy response to emailed query and fast, efficient delivery to UK. Courier arrived within advised time frame, despite pressures caused by Covid and Christmas online shopping rush. First pair given as gift to delighted spouse, will be back to treat myself soon hopefully!

Nice quality, well made, should last a long time. The length of slipper is true to size. But, it is wide; granted, my feet are probably more narrow than most. Would like to find out if there's a way to shrink the width. Had to sew a wide elastic band on the cut slits so slippers are more snug. But the wool is amazing and thick, the soles look like they'll never wear out. And it's nice to think about the beautiful people who made them, the beautiful animals the wool came from and the land where they live. May they be happy, healthy and at peace. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Love the slippers. they keep my feet warm and best of all my feet dont sweat in them.

My husband and I are enjoying our slippers and wearing them inside and for short dry trips outside. They are sturdy yet light and mold to the shape of your foot. My husband has extremely wide feet and they fit him with no problems at all. The colors are vibrant and fun, brightening up the hallway and closet (and any outfit). I ordered a set for my brother's family for Christmas to use up at their ski cabin. Betterfelt's service is personal and prompt, as is the shipping. I highly recommend a pair or two!

This company is amazing! I emailed asking about a specific size and response was quick. They went and looked in storage for the size I needed for my kid and posted it on their page so I could purchase. My 4 year old absolutely loves his shoes. They’re super comfortable and amazing quality. Shipping was super quick to the US from Canada. Will be purchasing from then again!

This was my third purchase and I am very pleased with the product. The staff is very helpful and personable which I appreciate. The small details they followed through on. I love my Betterfelt slippers! They are comfy, look great and they never smell (unlike my other shoes). When I first contacted them, they didn't ship to wear I live (Seattle) but they stayed in touch with me the whole time though great customer service and very quickly found shipping opportunities. I think everyone should be able to order them now!

These are simply the best possible house shoes for the chilly times. And the service was exceptional, with the manager tracking down the last pair in my size and color choice.

These are hands down the most comfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet. So warm and toasty, and best of all - super breathable! No sweaty paws like my sheepskin moccasins. Not to mention that they are incredibly stylish to boot.

I absolutely LOVE my Betterfelt slippers! They have kept my feet warm while temperatures have continued to drop.

I was looking for a pair of felt shoes to replace some Glerups and came across Betterfelt after doing quite a lot of research. It was definitely worth it. The site was easy to use and the checkout process clear ad simple. Delivery to the UK took just a few days through a reputable carrier. I am also very impressed with their Fair Trade Commitment.
The house shoes themselves are brilliant - just the thing for wearing at home during lockdown - I've barely removed them other than to sleep!. The Felt is really thick and the leather soles are slightly moulded and incredibly comfortable. I really like the design with the two-tone felt and the leather and stitch detailing..
I know that there have been some recent problems with the transition of the business to the new owners Jakob & Liz, but their communication has been speedy, helpful and courteous and I am very confident that under their leadership it'll achieve the success they deserve.
I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly - you will not be disappointed with a pair of their shoes! :)
