Ordered the new version, after delays I received the old version
I have been purchasing Betterman Labs’ herbal T-booster for a while now, and wanted to order the new version of the product, after receiving emails from them about it. Having ordered their NEW Herbal-T booster with KSM-66, on 17 March, I followed up my order with an email to them double checking that the product I ordered was the new product, not the old version, for which I received a reply confirming it was definitely the new product.
After several generic communications, from Betterman Labs, over the ensuing weeks stating they had delays due to flood damage, I finally received an email stating my order would be fulfilled on 15 April. Another email stated it would be dispatched on 18 April. I emailed again a week later asking where my order was, as I still hadn’t received it, which received no reply. Eventually my order arrived on 30 April, and lo and behold, it is the OLD version of the product. I’m disappointed with the level of service, on this occasion.

I've been using this product for a few months, and it seems good. So, I thought that it would be prudent to sign up for a subscription. The first expected delivery after signing up never arrived. I tried to log into my account to check the status of the subscription but as soon as I try to select 'sign in' from the 'my account' icon on the top right of the Betterman homepage, before I can select, a panel with 'Your cart' on it slides over the options before I can select. The website is so poorly designed that it's impossible to log in. I have had no choice but to source an alternative elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! Been waiting for my subscription order to arrive and it's been months now. Still taking money from me and no communication from them to explain what's going. Betterman labs, I am giving you a fortnight to get your act together or I'll cease my payments to you. This is so frustrating and such a huge shame as the product is exceptional, but your service is terrible.

Eventually I had an email about a water problem at your warehouse which is fair enough but although you gave me a date of 4th April I still have not received my order and have not had anymore emails about it. Trying to contact you is a nightmare. And then you keep sending me emails saying don't forget to leave my review. I can't review something I have not had
You Cannot Be Serious
Their website says they’re serious about delivering results. Well my order is severely delayed. After ordering i got an email saying the delay has been caused by unfortunate circumstances regarding a water flood issue. Can’t see anything on their website to warn customers about this so they’ll happily take your money knowing full well they can’t deliver.

Shocking still not had the delivery been waiting over 6 weeks and you are also advertising 30% limited stock when you cant even supply orders

Paid for next day delivery - am still waiting several weeks later. While I accept you had problems with a flood - it took a week and two chasing emails from me before I was advised that there was a problem. It seems to me that you took the order even though you could not fulfil it as advertised.
Something has gone wrong
Great product but they seem to have got into a bit of bother. Whether it's through illness or other. It looks like they have had to change the packaging and descriptions of some of the products and I now have two orders not fulfilled and no response from them. Luckily paid with PayPal so I should eventually get my monies back. A bit of a shame.
