They were better than others. I have personally had a very satisfying experience. The person in charge was super helpful and most importantly very patient.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst place ever!!! They've asked to pay $20 copay and kept the card on file to charge me extra $200 a month later. Be aware of the papers you are signing because they can rip off hundreds and thousands of dollars for the most basic visit.

went for a covid test, was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa who helped me check in and made me feel more relaxed for the test she made me laugh and just feel welcomed! The gentleman that did my swab was very nice as well i believe his name was Terrel. I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff there greeted me and didn't keep waiting. A rather refreshing experience given all that has been going on. I commend the entire team!

First off was able to be seen same day as appointment. After setting appointment was seen earlier. Very courteous and professional, explained in detail what they were doing. As we were leaving everyone in the office spoke with smiles...

Great staff and personality. Definitely have been here more than twice for urgent care notice even late notice. Will definitely recommend, when the office is not busy, you're expecting to be there minimum 15 mins. You can do walks-in, highly recommend you to check their website and choose an appointment of your day of or next day. Please give it about minimum 2 hours ahead of appointment schedule to save time due to walk-in.

The front desk is very bad , where are you finding those rude and careless people.

There are too many urgent care options in town, I would not recommend this one. My strife started as soon as I tried to register for my covid test. Since they don't want you to come in, they ask you to call upon arrival. I called and called and called and finally on the 3rd time, the gal, who had been sitting there the entire time, finally answered. After some back and forth on my insurance, I was finally able to enter. She tells me to walk myself to a specific room. Upon walking down the hall, I pass 2 employees chatting, who clearly see me. But I guess they decided I was someone else's patient as they left me waiting inside the room for over 30 mins and continued chatting about their mothers. Finally someone enters and says "have you been seen yet?" After she realizes I haven't, she handles my care. Upon exit, I am told my visit should be covered, but if not (keep in mind covid TESTS) are supposed to be covered, they will notify me before I am charge (they require you to supply a cc before you can start your visit). Hey guess what... my visit ended up not being covered and I was charged with no forewarning. On top of it, they charged for a wellness visit, which never happened.
