I went here to get a COVID test
I went here to get a COVID test after an exposure and possible symptoms. The staff was kind, quick, and very helpful. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is because I waited in a waiting room with a very harsh political TV show on and I couldn't turn it off or change the channel. Overall very good visit, easy to schedule an appointment, and thankfully a negative COVID test! Thank you to the staff!

When a patient needs a negative COVID…
When a patient needs a negative COVID test in order to travel, suggest explaining/ defining your expectations of providing test results. Your voice mailbox system was always full and simply cut off each call. When I was finally able to speak with a real person, was informed that you legally had up to 4 days to provide test results. This doesn't match well with airline requirements to have results prior to boarding, nor international requirements to have results within 3 days of arrival in country. Your office made me feel like my results were not important to you, only to me. Lack of results could have cost me lots of money in travel change fees.
