This medical facility is top-notch. I was received almost immediately after filling in kiosk information, led to a room and seen by the nurse within 5 minutes. Full treatment and dismissed by the doctor within 50 minutes.

The nurse, NP as well as PA there are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful! The lady who sits at the front desk on her cell phone the entire time is not so friendly and helpful though. When entering the building, she had a bad attitude and lacked customer service altogether. She then walked me back to the room and continued to be rude. Especially when I asked for a specific doctor who I told would be there the day of my appointment. It was not a big deal though because I didn’t mind seeing the other physicians but she clearly expressed her annoyance with my questions. I rate the facility overall 4 stars because the rest of my visit was great and every one of the other staff members were fantastic with their patient care.

While my insurance doesn’t cover much of the bill, I don’t mind because of the outstanding service and medical attention I receive. I wish they had PCP services!

Peaceful waiting room which is important while you sit worrying about what is wrong. The receptionist was very helpful since I hurt my knee and was already in a cast from another fall. The Nurse practitioner was up beat and made sure I understood what was going to happen and then at the end what my next steps should be and what to expect while I healed. Great experience.

This place is the best! Their office was super clean and modern. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional. They were very helpful and were able to schedule me at a moments notice. I would definitely recommend this office!!

I had back pain from some heavy lifting. The check in process was quick and easy. I was taken to an exam room, checked out by the Dr, given prescriptions, etc and was on my way in no time. I would definitely come back to Better Meds/Midlothian, VA for my urgent medical needs!

Place was nice, clean, and updated. Not so sure I agree with their intake process. Particularly, where they ask what you came in for. This is done in a lobby in front of everyone. Seems like this is a privacy violation. Plus, seemed a bit rushed but maybe that was due to them getting ready to close.

Receptionist was kind and quick to check me in. The nurse that took my X-rays was outgoing and informative. The PA Amanda, was gentle and sincere and explained everything to me. She then walked out to the parking lot to get my husband and explained everything once again to both of us. (I had asked my husband to wait outside due to Covid concerns.). Amanda explained everything she saw on the X-rays and offered to call an ambulance for me. She gave me a copy of the x-rays and a report of what she found.
If only the hospital could be this good! Life would be so much easier!!
The staff there is fabulous!

I spent most of my time waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The Physician assistant who saw me looked in my ears, didn’t listen to my heart or lungs, and spent 98 seconds in the room with me. This is after I waited one hour to see him. I timed it.

Reception area was clean & orderly, minimum wait time, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Procedure to clean & glue head wound was throughly explain (along with other options) , at home care also explained.

I like your organisation, well organised and friendly.

But this time you missed your mark, you told me I needed to go to ER and have a head scan. Well going to ER was a good idea, but they diagnosed that i had shingles.
OK, I give you four stars.

I had hurt my hand and wrist the previous day and wanted to be seen to make sure I hadn't broken anything. The check-in console was a bit confusing and the worst part of the visit. After I was checked in I was taken straight back and seen by the nurse practitioner and after a quick x-ray I was told it was a bad strain. Then I was all done.

Visit was fast and painless. This is the place to go.

First off was able to be seen same day as appointment. After setting appointment was seen earlier. Very courteous and professional, explained in detail what they were doing. As we were leaving everyone in the office spoke with smiles...

All three women I saw were efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable about their tasks.

This was convenient to get covid pcr test for my Dad who was moving into assisted living apartment It had to be done 3 days prior to his moving in. Got it the next day!! Thanks so much
