Extremely rude agents. They are extremely harassing and try to bully you. I wouldn’t get a loan from them due to their high pressure tactics. You would think they would be professional ect… I am appalled.

ROBOCALL SPAM!! I was finally able to find out that this company is the company I have been receiving daily robo calls from. The speaker advises that they are Small Buiness - west Coast Unit and my business loan is in final review. I have pressed #9 to be put on their do not call list. Not effective. I have spoken to a "Ricky" and a "Tamara" both of whom have hung up when a I questioned them. My number is on the do not call registery for years at the FCC and NYS. The latest call received "Joshua" identified himself as Joshua Jocob from Better Rise Capital in Orange County CA. Then hung up. The calls have been reported to the FCC and NYSAG.

SPAMMING my phone multiple times per day even though I tell them every time they call to put me on the do not call list. This has been going on for months. I am so sick of it. I even talked to some of my friends and the exact same thing is happening to them. This company should get hit by a class action lawsuit and everyone should go to jail for how they harass people. I never signed up to get business funding so they obtained my information illegally.

I have blocked every number, asked to be taken off the list, and as of the last month said things that could get me placed on a watch list but no matter what, I keep getting calls. Scam?
Several different people at Better Rise called and emailed constantly. When my boss finally decided to see about getting a loan, we filled out their paperwork. Then they said all they needed was bank statements. Then they wanted more bank statements. Then they 'just had a few questions and the underwriter will have an offer in 2 days'. Two days went by, and now they have disappeared. It's going on one month with no response to phone calls or emails. Apparently it was a scam, and I'm worried what they have done with all the information they gathered.

Stop calling my house. For a month your company has completely ignored my repeated attempts to stop the phone calls, despite assurances from your staff and despite my home being on the do not call list.

They use a foreign third-party service…
They use a foreign third-party service to make calls. They have called me every day for over a month. They call at least four times a day, using different numbers each time. I have called three times and asked verbally to please be removed from calls, and they still call. I have called at least six times and chose the option to be removed from the call list. They still call. I have blocked at least 15 different numbers they call from, and they generate a new number. This is harassment at this point. I have reported them to the FTC. I suggest you start following the FTC rules when someone asks for their number to be removed. Update: the company reached out to me and I provided my numbers to take off their call list. I AM STILL GETTING CALLS!
Second update 9-2-25- company contacted me and I gave them my numbers again to take off their call list. I AM STILL GETTING MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY. REPORTED TO THE FTC AGAIN.
