We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Gay. He Was exceptional in every aspect of the process. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, polite, understanding in a manner that placed my wife and I totally at ease. If anyone deserves 5 STARS it is Nicholas. Simply superb.

I initially contacted BTR approximately two years ago regarding assistance with resolving a balance I owed to the IRS following COVID. I was advised that their services could potentially reduce or eliminate this liability. However, after two years and nearly $1,000 in fees, the only service completed was the filing of my 2024 tax return—something I did not require assistance with.

Throughout our correspondence, I was clear and consistent about the reason I engaged their services and the outcome I was seeking. At this point, I still owe the IRS, have lost my 2024 refund, and have incurred additional costs without receiving the services that were represented to me. DON'T HIRE THEM

Acted legit at first but when they received money service was awful, stressful, kept stalling with excuses not to proceed and finally cut off requested contact.
Note: Since posting this review and Better Tax Relief relief customer service reaching out to me on my experience with previous person I was dealing with they have reassigned me to new agent.
So far, in past 2 days, the NEW agent has done more than previous person did in two MONTHS.
If all moves forward I believe all issues have been resolved.
