Very god web site, v easy to use. My local shop wanted the same price I paid for the engraved trophies for the engraving alone! The courier used was great, gave me s two hour slot with an on line tracking service. Would definatly recommend

It is a shame that quality control did not spot a small error in the engraving before the item was sent to me. Maybe it was spotted, but a decision was taken by QC to send it anyway. It is nothing material, just a frustration that it is not exactly what I ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an email offering me a more expensive shield when Tower Trophies realised my choice was sold out, at no extra cost. Plus offering me extra engraving on my medal. Also with no charge. This is called 'customer service'.
