Just ok!!!
This was a replacement trophy. It was more or less the same but the quality wasn't as good. There was also a chip on the front of the trophy but as it was needed urgently I didn't have time to return & replace. Quality No!!!

I am saddened and disappointed that you did not receive the 5 Star service that we aspire to with every order.
I can see that you ordered a football trophy on the afternoon of Sunday the 7th December and that this was engraved and dispatched by us three days later and delivered to you at 12.38 on Thursday 11th December. At the time of ordering you told us that your presentation was on Saturday 13th December.
The trophy that you chose was a resin football from the Trendsetting Awards Collection and, if this was a replacement for a similar trophy that you had purchased elsewhere, it should have been identical quality, possibly with a tiny allowance for the fact that every trophy is hand finished. You say it wasn't, therefore I do not consider that acceptable for you and have requested a replacement from the original manufacturer. This will be engraved and delivered to you free of charge within the next day or two. If you would prefer it sent direct to your recipient please let me know.
It is a shame that you did not contact us when you first checked the delivery as we could have replaced it within the two days left before your presentation which I am sure would have improved the situation for you.
Finally, I am grateful for you taking the time to review our service as it is precisely this that helps us constantly improve our working practices and achieve the high standards that we want you to take for granted.

The ordering process was easy, even for a complicated set of trophies with different engraving on each. The trophies were delivered promptly. Good efficient service all round. Would be five star except that the shields I got two years ago are no longer available (not just at Tower, but anywhere) which is a pity, and the prices have gone up a bit so I had to order slightly smaller shields.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We aim to give every order the 5 Star treatment but sadly have no control over items that are discontinued by manufacturers. Our prices remain absolutely the lowest on the entire web but inevitably may change year on year as raw material, energy and transport costs increase.

Very Good service and communication. My orders had a small mistake, then i sent a compliant email. They respond quickly, and sent me a fixed order with 24 hours curier, free of charge. So A++++ service, good customer care, i will order again.

Great service, attention to detail & communication.
