We ordered a\ money box for our newly borb great-nephew, there were a lot to choose from. The cost of the item and postage was very reasonable.
I liked the fact that, although we didn't need to use it, that you could enter the date the item was needed by.
The site was easy to navigate & I liked being able to pay via Paypal.
We were kept well informed about the status of our order
All in all a great company to deal with

Ordering process was easy and found the right trophy really quickly.
Price was very competitive (you get what you pay for!).
Delivery was well within specified time and although I wasn't in to receive it, picked it up from the Royal Mail sorting office next day without any bother.
For a small trophy the box it came in was huge and really packed well with lots of polystyrene peanut shaped packaging.
The wine glass trophy looked great and the engraving really stood out which hasn't always been the case with other trophy suppliers.
Will definately use again.

Purchased a small engraved trophy for a family tournament, selected the trophy I wanted and waited, a few days later they informed me the one I selected was out of stock,disappointedly I accepted there replacement option. A few days prior to the competition I had not received any further e-mail, so was unsure what was happening with my order, contacted them by e-mail with no reply, had to recontact again before they informed me my original selection of trophy was now available!
Can't complain about quality of product and engraving, it also got to me just in time for the tournament too, the lack of communication was the biggest let down!

So grateful for all your help and the time in which you were able to turn this round for me. The kids and parents were over the moon with the standard of trophies so thank you

The products arrived quickly and without problem, and the engravings were exactly as I wanted them. The order process was fantastic, and quick and easy.
The only issue I had was that the communication was not ideal. I wrote to double-check that my engraving request was understood, and asked three times - unfortunately the query was ignored, so I remained nervous until the trophies were received (with no error, fortunately).
And then I received an impersonal mail informing me of the shipment, and the address quoted was incomplete. I replied to the mail and to the follow-up mail advising the correct contact - but did not receive any answer or re-assurance.
Again, the products arrived fine, and in that regard I'm confident in using this company again. But they could do a little more communication-wise to reassure customers.

Clear information about the expected time of my delivery which was very useful as i was working to a tight deadline.

Fabulous web site, easy to use, item as stated and engraving excellent. Will not have any problems using this website again and will also tell friends etc about fantastic service. WELL DONE Tower Trophies!!!!!

A nice range of trophies and good prices (not cheap trophies at cheap prices but quality trophies at a good price). Engraving exactly as requested. Delivery spot-on and as promised with track-ability via national courier service.
Would I use again? Definitely.
