Best and easiest car purchase ever
Having recently brought a bmw from better value cars and in the process receiving the best service from a car dealer I’ve known, it was only fair this should be written to help future customers. From the initial enquiry to receiving the car, the customer service and knowledge especially from Paul was 5 stars. Essentially buying the car blind everything was as described and couldn’t be happier. Never once was there any pressure just honesty from the start. The staff communicated with each other so any questions with any one that picked up the phone was dealt with easily. The price was extremely fair anyway and to show they are customer focused they had the car delivered 170 miles away for no additional cost. Better value cars has a new customer for many years to come and will happily buy again from them with no hesitation.

I bought my car (BMW M2 Competition)…
I bought my car (BMW M2 Competition) from Better Value Cars on 17 October 2020. Paul was very helpful, letting me take it for a test drive. I was sold on the car and we agreed a price for my part ex. I was due to pick the car up the following Saturday, but Paul phoned me to let me know that Better Value Cars was having to close at 6pm Friday 23 October and they would arrange driving the car over to me on the Saturday afternoon, which I said was great. So Lewis brought the car round on Saturday afternoon for me and took my part ex away. Overall an exemplary service from Better Value Cars.

better value cars
bought a m2 from better value cars and i couldn't have asked for a better service chose a car and within days i had it with brand new tyres, Warranty and break down cover for free and a full tank of fuel and they done a full vehicle check and wouldn't let me have it until it was perfect and lewis and paul make you feel welcome and give a amazing service highly recommended

BMW M2
