Bought a Toyota Supra from BP, Paul and the team were super helpful at each stage and very welcoming when I arrived all the way from Scotland to pick the car up.

The dealership had an impressive array of cars meticulously prepared, a dealer full of petrol heads who know their stuff! :)

I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

I was a little apprehensive ordering a car across the other side of the country, which I wouldn't see until it arrived, but they were really reassuring, kept me fully updated and delivered a car which we are truly in love with! Before, during and after sales are 1st class without a doubt and there was no hard sell, just genuine honesty throughout.

Best Car sale I have ever had and I would definitely come back next time.

Probably the best car dealership I have dealt with - and I’m over 80!

Pleasant, fair priced, no hard sell, and Paul, their Sales Manager, knew what he was talking about without any BS.

When one rear light failed before purchase it was replaced without quibble, then when I went to collect the car Paul had detected signs of failure in the other light - and had arranged to replace this as well - and light assemblies on a Bentley don’t come cheap.

Rang the evening I collected the car to check all was well!

Thoughly recommend them.

Bought a Macan from Paul and everything went really smooth with the sale and trade in of my car. This is a very professional company to deal with, when an issue arose with the brake pads needing replaced soon after purchase it was also dealt with quickly and a full reimbursement was made for the replacements within hours of the work being done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Where do I begin with this review!

Over the course of a week I've been speaking to Paul via whatsapp about buying a BMW M2, I told him what I was looking for and I kept harassing him every day. He told me of a blue car that he had coming in which fitted the specification I was looking for and sounded amazing.
I went through a separate finance company however the boys at Better were so helpful and worked alongside me and the finance company to achieve an incredibly quick turnaround.

When I got to the dealership the car was waiting out front, completely clean and absolutely sparkling.

They had done an incredible job of getting it prepared for collection and it made the whole experience absolutely incredible.

Paul took me around the car and we went through every little detail, there was a scuff on the front which Paul had informed me about before I even left home which just showed the character this dealership has and that they aren't there to mess customers about.

I went for a test drive and the car was mint so I knew I would be buying it on the spot.

After we came back from the test drive Paul very kindly asked if I wanted to put the car in the showroom to take some pictures under the amazing lights they have in there. Of course I jumped at this opportunity and this is where I met Ash.

Ash had the same car I was buying and he knew absolutely everything about the car, all the way to the last detail. I thought I knew about BMW's but he explained stuff to me that I had never heard off and it made my enjoyment for the car so much better.

We took the photos and signed the paperwork and Paul even reimbursed me for the slight scuff on the front showing he was a true man of his word.

All the lads at Better were so welcoming and had a right laugh with us as well as properly knew their cars inside and out.

I've bought a fair few cars in my lifetime but I've never had such an amazing experience from any other dealership before.

I'm now convinced I'm going to be buying all my future cars at Better Performance, even though I live in the Midlands which is 200 miles away from the dealership.

Once again a huge thank you to Better Performance and all the staff working there for a truly awesome time.

I guarantee I will be buying all my future cars there.

Had a great experience with Better Performance. From seeing the car on Instagram to test driving and then purchasing. Friendly team that were happy to get any touch ups done that were necessary and keep you updated along the way.

Well Ash from better performance I can not recommend highly enough. He simply went above and beyond. Absolutely no typical sales man pushy tactics which was one of the main reasons I knew that this is the company for me to buy from.
He sorted everything out from start to finish and he delivered the car himself, also he stopped to fuel it up for me.
Been looking for a decent M3 for a while had a look at a few but all looked abused. I felt I could trust Ash completely as not seeing a car before you sign on the dotted line is a big deal, however he sent me videos keep me informed the whole way!
What a guy a credit to the company!

Amazing experience with Better Performance. All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Having recently bought a BMW M2 from the incredible list of cars on offer at Better Performance, the non pressured process from start to finish is the best service from a car dealer I’ve personally experienced. The customer service and knowledge especially from Paul and Ash was excellent. Communication with Paul throughout the process was amazing, the team really couldn’t do enough for me. The owner Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. Buying my Porsche from him was very straight forward, because of Covid the whole transaction was by email and phone.
My car duly arrived on the back of a transporter in immaculate condition. I am so pleased with the very high level of service I had and would certainly not hesitate to deal with them in the future. My experience of purchasing a car from Better value cars
I purchased my Audi A1 December 2018 on finance with a years warranty. At point of viewing and purchasing the car the dealer was a typical dealer, smile on his face, polite and friendly. After having the car for two weeks I noticed it wasn’t running right. I took it back to the dealer twice for him to say “there’s nothing wrong with it” I took it to an independent garage for them to say I needed two new injectors. Shortly after the engine in my car ran away with itself causing it to break down on the motorway. AA advised and put a notice on car for it not to be driven. The dealership collected and drove it to the garage! They then replaced two injectors and after 4 weeks I picked my car up only for it to break down the next day.
It was at this point that I went to the finance company to complain as my car clearly had not been repaired. I then received a number of unpleasant communications from Lewis telling me “if you drop the complaint i will do the work on your car”. I was also heavily pregnant at the time he also said “I couldn’t care less if you were pregnant or dying” which was very upsetting. The finance company eventually agreed with the dealer that there was nothing wrong with the car at point of sale. Lewis told the finance company that he would not arrange to have the car repaired due to a breakdown in communication and advised I have car repaired elsewhere; my car was not able to be driven at this point as so much damage had been caused to the engine.
Long story short I had my car repaired at a cost of around £6000 the car was £7000 to purchase! I went to the finance ombudsman and after 14 months they agreed that the car was not fit for sale at time of purchase and the finance company had to repay all costs.
I would not recommend buying even a bicycle from this company let alone a car! From my own personal experience Lewis is unprofessional, bullying and doesn’t care for support after sale of vehicles.
