I reached out to Paul asking for him to try and source me a vehicle. I told him the exact spec that I wanted and within minutes he reached out to one of his contacts and provided me the exact car I was looking for.

He made sure that the car was in prestine condition when I collected the vehicle and provided me updates daily.

The service that you receive from Paul is the best that I have received. Not like other car salespeople that try to take your money and run. Genuine group of down-to-earth guys mmaking car-purchasing effortless. I will never get my cars from anywhere else.

An absolute pleasure to become a customer of Paul and the rest of the team at Better Performance. Paul spent a good time with me when I'd driven all the way to Wales from Sussex to view and test the highly tuned Nissan GTR I'm proud to say I now own. Explained lots about the spec and car and clearly is a petrol head or 'car guy' and knows cars! Easy going and helpful without ever pushing the sale, there was a great selection of other cars onsite, some of which caught my eye but the GTR stole my heart. Sale agreed it was back over to Wales for collection day and the sale itself was easy, professional and pleasant. If/When I'm in the market again, Better Performance will be the first site I'd likely check for stock. Highly recommended by myself.

I could go on and on but I'll keep this review short and sweet. I purchased an M140i on Monday after searching for a perfect example for a number of months. I have had a number of cars and experiences with purchasing cars in my short driving life. However, I can say wholeheartedly that the service and experience at Better Performance was second to none.

I viewed the car on multiple occasions before making my mind up. Lewis, Paul and the team were always accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful.

Trading my old vehicle in was also a breeze and I couldn't have asked for a better non-pressurised experience.

The car has been wonderful so far and I know I'm going to love the ownership experience. I will recommend Better Performance to anyone looking to buy a car and I will not shop anywhere else now.

I was on the lookout for a new car. I was going to do multiple test drives on a wide range of cars and searching for my 2nd test drive I stumbled across Better Performance.
I messaged Paul and got a reply within the hour telling me I could come down for a test drive. As soon as I got there the car was ready for me and it wasn't long before I got to drive the car.

There was absolutely no pressure in buying the car, and no pressure while on the test drive at all which is very rare. After my test drive I had a sit down with a few of the team just having a chat about cars and what they could recommend for someone my age/with my budget.

I kept my interest for the car for over a month, and got in close contact with Lewis who really looked after me and kept me in constant communication.

I had to wait for a job promotion but during this time, the team kept communication with me and let me know if there were any buyers interested in the car.
About a month later, the car was still available and I had messaged Lewis & Paul that I was ready to buy the car. On the same day, I bought the car, which was ready a day later. They did ask me if I wanted it on the same day but I needed time to sort out my finances/insurance.

The detailing team before purchase kept the car in amazing condition and they keep every single car in immaculate condition, and when I bought the car they did another check over to make sure everything was pristine, which pristine is an understatement. The detailing team made sure that I was happy with how the car looked, and they asked me to check the car myself and if there was anything out of place, they would clean up.

The team at Better Performance are amazing, everyone makes you feel welcome. From the admin team to the sales team to the detailing team.
They are highly knowledgable about cars and everyone there is a petrol head hence the name 'Better Performance'.

This purchase was a real first for me as I rarely buy products on line especially not something of this value and was planning a road trip to view the car as only around two three hours from me.
However after talking to Paul and several others at better performance they had totally reassured me that I was making the right decision. They did in courage me two drive up and see them in person but also offered free delivery and after everything they had told me I felt there was no need and opted for delivery.
