I recently bought an RS6 from Paul and team, and enjoyed a first class experience. I sold my previous car so needed a replacement the same day - luckily Better Performance had the right spec and colour car and was already prepped and ready to go, and I was able to sort all the paperwork in less than an hour and drove it home.

The after sales (basically the car needed a parcel shelf which the previous owner lost) was sorted in 24 hours from my call, no quibble or fuss.

A highly recommended dealership if you're thinking of buying a high performance motor!

Great service the car was ready on the arrival also great customer service.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and easy to deal with, even allowed my wife to sit in some of beautiful cars they had in the showroom.

I travelled from Scotland to Wales to buy a modified Ford Ranger from the team and had a phenomenal experience. The guys met me at the airport and were patient while I checked everything over and they fixed a few minor niggles for me before I set off. Unfortunately, I then had a check engine light come on during my trip home. The guys were really supportive and were happy for me to get it repaired locally and covered the repairs, even though it was just a bit of bad luck. Great team to work with, a breathtaking selection of cars, and I’m incredibly happy with my purchase!

What can I say the guys at Better performance were absolutely brilliant. The process from start to finish was really relaxed and not pressured at all. They are a very professional outfit, Pete and Paul were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking for that something special. Dealt with the guys to sell my car. Process was flawless. Dropped my car off and within 15 minutes my finance was settled and the remainder directly into my bank account. Purchased my Mitsubishi evolution 6 on Monday, car was in unbelievable condition for nearly a 25 year old car. They went over the whole car to ensure everything was just right before I pick it up 👌🏻 . The whole process from start to finish was first class, would highly recommend Paul and he’s team.

I picked up my new M2 Competition yesterday. After spotting an ad on Auto Trader for a price I couldn’t refuse I gave the guys a call. I primarily dealt with Paul and organised a date for me to come down to Cardiff and see the car. It was such a painless process they even set up the paperwork to give me the option to drive away the same day (which I did obviously)! Anyone looking for a performance car then make sure you give these guys a call. It’s no fuss, no pressure and such easy going experiences like this that give me faith in the car sales industry. These guys don’t mess around and sell supremely clean cars. Was great to meet some of the guys behind the scenes of it all, couldn’t ask for a nicer bunch!

I p/ex my Ferrari 458 to update to the 488 which was advertised on ebay by
Better Performance.
They arranged to recover my 458 from Deal in Kent to Cardiff in Wales.
The following week I traveled down to Cardiff to test drive and then buy the 488.
These guys, especially Paul + Lewis and other staff members were the most genuine car dealers I have ever had dealings with.
Paul was very trusting with the final stage payment and was also very forthcoming with communication and was more than willing to answer any questions I had.
Excellent Service all round 5 star definitely 👌

It's rare to find a company these days that still value customer service over profit, especially in the world of used cars.
The entire process was one of the most laid back, pleasurable large spending experiences Sharon and I have ever had, at no point were we hounded or felt pressured and everything was open and honest from the get go.

The guys couldn't have done more for us, shuttling us around, tea, chocolates and even a smashing restaurant recommendation as we were staying in Cardiff for a couple of nights whilst we completed the purchase (if you're reading this Ash, we got into Pasture.. incredible!).

Even though we've bought the car, driven away and days have gone by, the service doesn't stop with Better Performance, answering all our questions as if we're still yet to buy a car.
