I’m not here to spread hate, because honestly Bettywins is a good casino: the games are varied and their offers are among the most attractive on the market. That’s why I used to play there regularly.
But I’m really disappointed. I lost a promotion simply because the end date of the offer wasn’t clearly indicated. I contacted support, and they redirected me to a link where the terms were indeed written clearly… except that it wasn’t highlighted at all in the offer itself. As a result, I missed out on a promo without even realizing it.
I really hope a goodwill gesture can be considered, because I play seriously and would like to continue using their platform. But for that, they really need to improve the transparency of their promotions to avoid this kind of situation.

Will not payout even after documents were submitted and ID verified and approved
Deposited a few times with a virtual card I no longer have. Still have the same bank account that was linked to the card used to make deposits at this casino, now using a different virtual card.
After ID was verified, withdrawal was rejected for unable to verify card, even though I informed chat rep, and support through email I no longer have the card. However, I submitted a FULL bank statement with the exact transaction for the last deposit made to the casino the chat rep asked me to verify. I also sent a utility statement, and my identification was already verified prior to the request for these additional documents.
I received no email response or communications from the casino regarding acknowledgment that notification was received that I no longer have that card. They rejected my withdrawal 3 times, with no follow up, and chat wasn’t very helpful. I submitted everything needed to verify that that transaction was mine made to bettywins casino.

I know its probably tough keeping it straight... all the people u screw over so here's my #claim number #5105282. If I could give less than one star I would. I made a deposit of $95 and used a coupon. I followed the publicly posted, clearly stated terms and conditions and won $6000. The terms limited my max cash out to 10x the deposit. I requested my withdrawal and then when it came time for the casino to honor their function of payment they realized that the publicly posted terms were incorrect according to their casinos policy. The casino policy is that no bet may exceed $20 perhand. But the publicly posted terms were as follows :
-Min deposit: $10
-300% bonus (150%cc) + 50 fs

3rd update: I am absolutely shocked that Betty wins has publicly tried to deny that they have stolen $2,500 from me. They have refused to give me any transaction history complete with wagering after claiming a non-playable withdrawal only deposit was posted to my account. You can see that but it was not able to be withdrawn and as stated it was non playable so how could it be played. Especially without proper proof. You did send me a Excel spreadsheet that you just created 7 days after refusing to give me my money that looked like a 7-year-old created. Betty wins is an illegal fraudulent company and I will update my new website I'm creating to prove all of that their site will be down soon but I will keep warning everyone so they don't get ripped off like I did. I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Betty Wins Casino, especially for those of you in the US. I recently won a tournament on the "Liberty Wind" machine and was proudly displayed as the #1 winner on their leaderboard, with a promised prize of $2,500.
According to their own terms and conditions, this was supposed to be a cash reward, "unplayable" and meant for withdrawal. However, instead of receiving the cash, the amount was added to my account as a playable balance while I was using free spins. When I contacted support, I got conflicting information. One rep said "unplayable" meant it had a wagering requirement, while another stated any withdrawal attempt would be invalid. It's incredibly shady and misleading.
To make matters worse, the game glitched and showed a higher balance than I actually had (apparently a common issue on their site). Despite the fact that I never received the promised cash reward, support claimed I had already played it through. When I pressed for clarification on how this was possible with an "unplayable" cash reward, they couldn't provide a straight answer.
I've since filed a dispute, but discovered their gaming license recently changed to a country that doesn't handle US player disputes. This leaves US players with little to no recourse if issues arise.
Bottom line: Be very cautious before spending any money with Betty Wins Casino, especially if you're in the US. Don't expect to receive promised rewards, and be prepared for confusing terms and unhelpful support. They never even sent email acknowledging the request of email about the verification status. After winning a grand jackpot, I was suddenly informed that bonus terms still applied until I made a withdrawal and a subsequent deposit. They then returned my original deposit, only to demand that I wager it again at 1x — something that was never disclosed on the bonus coupon.
This feels deliberately misleading and predatory. The crucial details were buried in the full terms and conditions, rather than clearly stated on the bonus offer itself. They ultimately confiscated $1,750 from my account.
From my experience, this seems like a pattern using vague rules to deny legitimate winnings. There are far better online casinos out there with transparent policies, larger game catalogs, and fairer treatment of players. Be cautious.
If they respond to this review, expect the usual copy-pasted terms and conditions that’s what these kinds of casinos do instead of taking responsibility.
