These scammers have been withholding my winnings for over a week. They’ve asked for all kinds of personal and sensitive info, which I’ve provided, yet it’s still pending review. Each customer service agent you speak with has a different story and explanation. Don’t risk it, go elsewhere!

Have been a customer for many years
Have been a customer for many years, came to place a bet on a promo today and found that it wouldn't take my bet. On enquiring I learned that my account has been restricted-no previous notification was given. In order to withdraw my balance I had to add to it because of now using a new bank card-an extra complication. Both Gina and Jim the customer reps were good at their job, but as far as BV are concerned they can shove it.

So I have played quite a few different slots on this site with hundreds of spins on each game. I have read how they use a random number generator to decide wins which is fine but my experience is that it in no meets the rep advertised. If I had played just 1 slot I could think that I was unlucky but as I have stated I played multiple games with the same results. I will now stick to sites like paddy power and 888 as the slots at least give you a chance.
