Scamming and thieving alert
Never ever see this kind of fraudulent and scamming company in my gambling life. I have opened account with the. Couple days ago I have deposit twice £50 and managed to win some money back and withdraw them straight away. Then they cancelled my withdrawal and asking me to verify myself and I refused to send them my details which every big company does verify your details online automatically. Now they have emailed me saying they closing my account and not paying me my winnings basically I am sure they will not pay my actual deposit money aswell.

STOLE £330 FROM ME
Stay clear of this bookmaker at all costs unless you want your money stolen from you.
Won £330 from a £20 stake, BetVictor decided to block withdrawals and closed my account without any communication. I still have not been contacted about this issue. My £20 stake has been refunded which I’m sure they would have been more than happy to keep if I lost.
Customer service don’t know themselves why the account has been closed. Have only told me that it is a “business decision”.
EDIT: I’ve now been told they will not be giving me my funds and they refuse to give any reason for this or as to why my account was closed. I am in the process of pursuing legal action, if you don’t want to waste your time fighting for your money, do not use this service.

Very poor, app keeps crashing so losing bets and places at table, wouldn’t recommend even on roulette so quick can’t get bets down.

Please don't trust this company
Please don't trust this company. They are a bandit company. I had just opened an account and deposited the money when they locked my account and asked me to provide identification for verification. Three weeks later, I saw that the verification was successful. I thought it was fine, but my account was still locked. I asked them what was going on. They said they still needed to review it. So I kept waiting. Finally, today someone called me and asked me to provide my pay slip. I asked why They said you must provide it because we have this right. I was speechless after hearing that, but there was no choice because my money was still in the account. I also provided it, but today my account was directly closed. I can't log in to my account and I don't know if the money in it is still there. They have been finding all kinds of excuses to fob me off since September 6th until now. I feel so helpless right now and can do nothing because all the power is in their hands. We are just lambs waiting to be slaughtered. If they say you have no problem, you have no problem. If they say you have a problem, you won't be able to get your hard-earned money back
