Great help from Customer Service and they are always friendly

I contacted customer services twice with questions about the welcome offer, I cannot remember the names of the people I spoke to but both of them were so lovely. Customer service is amazing. I withdrew and received my winnings the following morning.

After been waiting for my money for
2 weeks.
I send many emails which was answered by fin the bot(automatic
reply)
And many messages through the chat live which i was getting the same answers over and over.
Today betvictor decided to close my account and took my money.
How do i get my money?
Anyone can help

Joined via a welcome offer via Google search in good faith. clicked the link for the offer and wasn't credited with the offer. Contacted them by email to address the situation and have been told i didnt meet the criteria because of a technicality. The offer says bet £10 get £30 free bets and 30 free spins. I bet £10 and GOT NOTHING.

This is a shame as most betting companies these days are reputable and stand by their offers. However Bet Victor dont. They are one of the last scammy betting sites.

Ill take my bets elsewhere as not interested in spending my hard earned on these sites that say "oh well i know you did your part but we wont do ours due to XY & Z. Its old school Scamming. Ill be sure to never use them and will do my best to leave this review on all available review sites

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I also have recently read other warnings on Reddit and Social media about payouts and them dodging them too.

UPDATE: I was reached out to by a Bet Victor Supervisor, offering me the Sign up bonus after i left this review. I agreed to this. I then received another email saying please confirm you are Ok to accept this offer. I said a second time yes! I was then reached out to again and asked a load of questions. its just them trying to dodge giving me this sign up bonus.

i replied that i couldnt care less whether they re-open or close the account. I had accepted the offer of good will but they again failed to act honestly and give me the offer.

They dont read the email chain before replying.

Look give me the offer! Dont give me the offer. I am a responsible user of betting sites and just dont wish to waste my time on scammy sites that dont deliver the basics.

Ill wait to hear from you again with more questions and more failures to deliver on what you offer.

Ill report your Advertising to Google now too as its blatant fraud that you use misleading Ads

So one of my promotions, that I’ve completed. The games were not on that victor anymore and I spoke to customer service and her name was Catherine and Katherine awarded me free spins extra free spins on top of the 90 free spins I was supposed to get I’m very pleased with the service. DO NOT gamble on BetVictor. Period. End of Story. No verification for depositing your money (because they'll happily take your money), but when I wanted to withdraw, 3 different verifications steps. I gave them legitimate documents time and time again, providing EXACTLY what they were asking for, and it got rejected time and time again. Customer support was not 0 help, they were negative -200 help, absolutely useless. I am still fighting with them to release my 900$ dollars, which I didn't even gamble with, and am at the point where Ive accepted Im not getting it back. Save yourself a headache and go to literally any other sportsbook, I've never had an issue like this with any other I swear by it.
