First off I’ll say the only good thing about this casino Is they pay out fast when you do make a withdrawal . However , once you make that withdrawal do not expect to win on their casino again for a very long time because they make it next to impossible to even win one single bet after you’ve made a successful withdrawal. And another huge problem I have with this casino is if you have ever used a self exclude or take a time out option, they refuse to let you join the VIP. And it’s a big problem because I spent a lot of money on these sites and I am being neglected for any bonuses that I would’ve got based on the amount of money I spend only because I chose to take a break. I’m writing this review to share my ongoing and very distressing experience with BetVictor. I have been gambling for over 20 years and for the past 5 years online on different reputable online casinos and I have never been treated this way!!!!
On 16 October 2025, I submitted a refund request and a formal complaint through the correct process. Since then, I have sent well over a dozen emails — polite, clear, and detailed — asking for updates, timeframes, or even basic communication. For weeks, I received absolutely no reply at all.
After finally escalating my complaint to Step 2 – Department Management Review, I was again met with silence. Eventually, after continuous follow-ups, I received a short, generic message saying only that my account is “under review,” with no explanation, no timeframe, and no complaint reference. I was also told that they “will not respond to further queries unless there is a change in status.”
This experience has been incredibly stressful. I am currently dealing with financial hardship, and this delay has made my situation even worse. I’ve explained this to them multiple times, but I feel like nobody is listening or taking responsibility. The lack of empathy or urgency is shocking for a company operating under UK regulation.
To make matters worse, I contacted IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) for help. They told me that in order to open a case, they need a final response or reference number from BetVictor. However, BetVictor refuses to provide one, leaving me completely stuck — unable to move forward or get the independent review that I’m entitled to.
At this point, I’ve also reached out to the UK Gambling Commission to report how BetVictor is handling my complaint. No customer should have to go through this level of stress and uncertainty just to receive fair treatment and communication about their own money.
I am deeply disappointed in the way this situation has been handled and feel let down by BetVictor’s total lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care. I’m sharing this so that other customers know what can happen if something goes wrong — and how hard it can be to get a proper response or resolution.
All I’ve asked for is honesty, communication, and the refund that I rightfully deserve. I truly hope BetVictor reconsiders how they treat customers in distress and takes responsibility for improving their complaint-handling process.

I wish ive read all the negative comments before I joined, so please anyone reading this comment use other reputable online casinos.
My story :
I joined them on 16.10 deposited 1k lost it , I deposited again 1k lost it again and again I deposited 1k and there were no questions asked no verification needed till I was losing. Third time lucky 1k deposited, end up wining 5k. I stopped and applied withdrawal for 5k. Waited 24hours for my money but no money in my bank account, I logged into my betvictor.com account and saw my withdrawal has been cancelled and saw a message in my inbox in my BetVictor account asking me to complete verification.
I said ok no worries I uploaded all my documents and waited. One by one verification completed but still they did not process my withdrawal, I contacted their live chat and I was told my account is under review and it can take few days, OK I wait
I waited 3 days nothing changed, I contacted their lice chat again and same answer its under review and this time Guess what they told me ? It can take 8 weeks
Shocked as anyone would be, I replied but why ive sent my documents uploaded my driving licence proof address and transaction details, so what's the problem they said we cant tell you, again shocked I kept on requesting a call back so that I can discuss with their management but I was told NO ONE WILL CALL JUST WAIT , at this point I mentioned I really need money for day to day necessities please its 5k alot of money and at this moment live chat person put me safer gambling team who asked me why I need money lol 😆

I tried logging in and message was my account is closed by safer gambling team
So instead of helping and trying to sort the matter they in fact made it worse , closed my account and now I have no communication with them.
I started sending emails
In total I sent 13 emails in the last 13 days asking a fair questions why my money is being held but not even a reply from them not once , they are worse then thieves and crooks at least there you know you are bring roobed but how theh do it its unbelievable
I've already contacted gambling commission and IBAS for independent review but it can take a long time now before I will see my money
They will certainly reply to this feedback with their usual bullshit contact us and we will sort it out to make people fool and show the world they are very quick to reply

So please dont make people fool by replying to your review to show you care
You guys are robbing people , holding their winnings , imagine you guys hold winning for weeks/ months without valid reason.. so that people stop chasing the money and consider it a loss
