Withdrawals take ages in comparison to 99% of other bookies who withdraw instantly. The process is stupid. They have 5 steps step 4 is fully processed step 5 is paid. How can it be fully processed but not paid. Ridiculous.

I placed three bets on Saturday 4th November 2023. All for games next Saturday. Of the three bets one has disappeared along with my stake. I have screenshots to prove this and will do so in the small claims court. I am doing so on line today. I have sent two messages and they have not replied. I guess they just scammed me.

Deposited many times and have withdrawn funds in the past. Tried to withdraw funds over 5 days ago and they sent me an email suggesting there was an issue with the card albeit I can't deposit!? I have only ever had one card listed so this is an absolute joke. Emailed them and received a response in German!? Tried to do the live chat and it's an automated bot... Come on Betway don't take my money and then not allow me to withdraw. Maybe we all need to contact the Gambling Commission

This company 'Betway' are 100% without any benefit of any doubt scamming people. The site is glitchy and won't allow you to view recent transactions or pending withdrawals. They are quite happy for you to deposit £1000's but as soon as you make a withdrawal all of a sudden there's something wrong with your details even though they are the same details as when making deposits and have never been changed. I had £575 I wanted to withdraw (but due to the fact I already had a £400 withdrawal sitting unprocessed and unpaid in their system for the last 5 days and when I query this they are not prepared to discuss anything with me and their customer service is non existent there phone number and email address is apparently no longer being monitored) I wasn't prepared to risk making the withdrawal and intail I ended up losing this balance altogether. They are doing this on purpose and it's a disgrace they are not reprimanded for this total corruption. I will be reporting these criminals to my bank on Monday and hopefully I can start the process of charging back all the money they have stolen from me. I hope West Ham football club are aware of the type of criminal they have plastered all over the front of their shirts.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A STATEMENT!

Any good review that you read (and there aren’t many) are clearly written by betway staff…. They aren’t paying out because they have gone skint! I have been waiting for a withdrawel of £220 to go into my bank since fri/sat….they have nobody working on live chat, you sit in a queue, then when you eventually get to be next in the line, they cut you off! It’s a sham! 5 days and no sign of my money, I phoned the betway customer service help line, I got an answer phone message saying that nobody was operating the phones due to co-vid 19 ….CO-VID 19 WAS ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO! What an absolute joke ! I am seriously thinking about going to the police! They are robbing people by taking their money !!!

I have spent 2.5hours waiting on your chat and was disconnected at number 7. funds were showing as paid 5 days ago and still not received in my account. I have sent my documents from bank showing i haven't received funds and still no update. I have been told on your instagram chat that they cant provide me with a estimated time to resolve my query. There is no telephone number i can call. 900 pound owed...

I am now being told that they have no control over when I will receive funds and can provide no mode detail.... horrendous service.

Apparently "the processors" do not work with betway and betway have no control over when they will release funds. They have no way of contacting them and cannot tell me when I will receive my money

I have also been told they will no longer be responding to my queries so I have no way of getting my money??

Update! They now say my bank are blocking the withdrawal. My bank have confirmed there is now block or pending payment. Still waiting for betway to respond... now 9 days...

Lisnight I speake with agent Sergio and hi tall me i well recive the email to reset my password but I dont recive nothing from him. From the mișcare becouse I dont know I open account for dreem bingo and I dont know was the betway.i explain for agent Serigo what happen and hi tall me you well recive the email to reset your password. Really nice site and easy to use, nice casino games and fast payouts..Nothing to say against.

Opened account done the verification said it was fine deposited money soon as that happened they locked my account said I had excluded from a sister company and there is no way to get to speak to any1 email included it's a joke ..absolute scam they should be struck from the gambling commission which is my next port of call

Only giving one star because i can’t give zero. I requested my withdrawal on 12 September 2023 and it was paid on the 13 September 2023. However, i have not received the money in my bank account. I wouldn’t recommend betway if you want good services rather use other bookies. This feels like a scam.

For the 3rd time recently I have tried to make a withdrawal and it gets stuck at "processing". Each time I've been told there's an issue with my account at first, but when I finally manage to contact a human, it becomes clear there is no issue at all as NOTHING has ever changed on my account. On this occasion, I can't even contact them. The only method is live chat, which is 100% automated and it just says it can't understand my question and closes the chat. They obviously rely on people not realising their withdrawal has not completed so they keep the money. Account will be closed as soon as I retrieve this withdrawal.

This is my second post concerning contact with Betway.

After complaining about not being able to access my welcome bonus Betway contacted me and got it sorted. So happy they got in touch and everything was sorted.. thanks Betway

Posted my review on trust pilot,got a reply from the scammers requesting more information on my account, gave them it and now they have blocked the account. And heard nothing ,it looks like my seven hundred pounds has been lost.what annoys me is the fact that these web sites that they advertise on still allow them to rob punters

One year on and still not received my winnings. scamming swines

Not worth it to play even if you wanna lose ! I was wining £350 and they didn`t pay me and shut locked my account. Awful stuff and awful services !

On 17/04/2023 Betway took £20 from my account via PayPal but no money registered in my balance. 3 days ago, on Trustpilot, they said they would review my account and get back, they have not. My account states there was no deposits or withdrawals on that day and I have sent them proof of the two £10 deposits via PayPal which is what they asked me to do. I am still awaiting my £20 refund.

This a a consistent theme in he vast majority of reviews.

A level service I have never experienced from any other bookmaker in the last 40 years.

Update to the issue which occurred on the 7/10

So 2 weeks on (now the 20/10) and still no progress, my withdrawals of £123.50 have still not been paid to me, despite my repeated attempts to contact the relevant parts of this appalling company.

I strongly urge everybody reading this review NOT to deposit funds with this dishonest company.

The Issue described below occurred on the 7/10.

We're now at the 19/10 and still the funds that I am owed (£123.50) have not been paid to me. They acknowledge that this is the amount owed to me but seem unable to repay it ?!?! Even though every other company I deal with has no issues take payments from and making deposits to my card.

I am not somebody who typically uses trust pilot but the behaviour of this company, judging by my experience and looking at other reviews, is bordering on criminal and I'm not sure how they are retaining their licence to operate.

BEWARE if you are considering depositing, it is likely to be safer to go elsewhere.

Deposit of £100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of £23.50 and this £100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.
