Betwhale is the sister site of Juicebet. Juicebet went out of business and stole many peoples cash when doing so. They had their link still up for a bit and when you clicked it, it took you directly to betwhale.
Betwhale personally has stolen over 1.5k from me and juicebet over 5k. Their communication is awful, their terms of bonuses are designed to steal your cash.
Horrible and knowingly scamming people.

I can't believe that it's legal for them to just take any balance that is under $1. If you have $0.99 left and playing $0.10 spends, you can't keep playing- they just take it! You have to have a balance of $1 or more. How is that fair?

If you win you get capped
It takes 2 weeks for a max payout of 300 and when you win big parlays (+800 or bigger) they capped so low that it’s impossible to make a bet, letting you only bet 1-2usd when minimum is 10usd and customer service never helps you to resolve this issues.

⭐ 1/5 – Worst Cashout & Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I have played on multiple online casinos and sportsbooks over the years and have won multiple jackpots, including payouts exceeding $200,000. On legitimate platforms, I have cashed out $20,000 within 4–6 hours, with real customer service representatives calling me directly and walking me through the fastest and safest payout process.
BetWhale is the complete opposite.
Their customer service is nonexistent. The chat agents appear untrained, powerless, and incapable of answering basic questions. Every response is the same copy-and-paste line: “5 business days.” No explanations, no escalation, no accountability. They do not investigate issues, they do not proactively verify accounts, and they do not assist customers in any meaningful way.
I was already verified when I submitted my withdrawal, yet days later I was told additional verification was needed — something that could have been handled immediately if BetWhale had competent processes. Instead, I was given the runaround, conflicting information, and now told to wait even longer due to their own internal failures.
This is not how a real, regulated company operates.
If BetWhale were licensed and regulated in the U.S., these procedures would be completely unacceptable. The only reason this level of incompetence exists is because they are offshore and unregulated, leaving players with no protection and no real recourse.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not play here. When it comes time to cash out, you are on your own.
There are far better, legitimate platforms that actually pay and actually support their players. BetWhale is not one of them.
So on day #9 it was finally approved which is unacceptable. Once they approve it then they just hold it until they feel like finally letting you get paid. This process is around 300 times slower than all the other sites with the customer service looking like fools cause they are not trained and know nothing. This site is set up for failure and its only a matter of time. Idiots dont know how to take care of customers that pay the bills
