Unsatisfactory communications.

Unable to communicate with company via email. They send you emails which you are unable to respond to. ----------- donotreply email

Perhaps they will reply and publish an email for their customer services?
Reply confirming that customers cannot email them!--- Not impressed! Have renewed with another provider that has 2 way communications with customers.

They don't ask for relevant information prior to taking your money.

Certain information is not asked for prior to taking payment. Also why should a claim on a different insurance company that has nothing to do with the vehicle being insured, have any relevance to the insurance being purchased. A van, a house, a bike ??????

I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. We apologise if this was not made clear to you during the conversation you had with us.
