Yuk!

These pots were absolutely revolting for us. You pay £5 for a jar full of wet tasteless oat. It is described as a healthy breakfast with flavouring. In truth, the flavouring is very very minimal (barely perceptible) and 95% of the ingredients are oat soaked in some watery vegan milk. I am incredibly disappointed with this product. On 22/09 I have tried to email the owner and request a refund because paying £30 for 500 odd gr of cold wet oats in jars seems quite fraudulent to me. No reply yet. Don't buy unless you want to pay that much for cold wet porridge.

I love a success story but just feel…

I love a success story but just feel deflated by the whole experience. They took forever to arrive and when they finally did they look nothing like the photos. As other people suggested it looks just like a soggy pot of overnight oats, an expensive one at that! I personally feel the company needs to slow down, look at how the product is packaged/finished off and start to build up stock. They are working hand to mouth and keep taking more and more orders. It’s just adding fuel to the fire. I really feel that if changes are not made soon this will be a very short success story.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

So far I'm REALLY disappointed with this company. I was placing an order (3 days ago) but advised on screen 'there's a problem with my transaction' & to go through pay details again. Before doing this I checked my paypal & my bank & the money was set aside to be taken by the company. So I didn't want to pay twice. I've waited & the money has been taken from my account without actually completing the order. So, I'm £27.50 down, without an order & no one is replying to my messages. Beginning to think this is actully a SCAM!! I just want my money back now.

nothing special

nothing special, overnight oats in a jar, expensive for what it is.
i ordered multiples as i thought it would be more cost effective, now ive got jars of the stuff taking up space in my freezer
do not believe the hype about how the creator thought of them as an alternative to cake !! nothing like any cake ive ever tasted
the nicer flavours are always sold out. took forever to arrive and due to being thrown about in the back of a van all of them resembled murky slop and not the pretty picture on the website
the toppings are nice but overwhelmed by the 95% of plain old oats. could have a better oat to topping ratio
id rather make some of the healthier keto recipes you can find online as a substitute for cake...these aint it!!

Lovely customer service, great product

Bex (the owner) sorted out a delivery issue for me and was very responsive.
I ordered a selection of pots and the caramel crunch and carrot cake batter in particular were absolutely delicious.

Beware

Beware! This company is a fraud, I purchased and after 3 weeks still nothing has turned up.

I’m written emails and no one replies. Don’t waste your money.

I had to put in a complaint to my bank after no other option.

Good delivery well packaged and still…

Good delivery well packaged and still nice and cold. The pots are great little glass jars, handy to re-use. However I found them expensive, certainly couldn’t afford them every day. Also I was very underwhelmed by the taste, maybe I’m too used to sugary treats, but I found them quite bland. The topping is lovely but the actual oat part was just not very flavoursome! I was really disappointed as I wanted to love them and begin a healthier breakfast option but they are not for me.

10/10 Customer Service, 10/10 Product!

Having purchased this product just before lock down started, I ran into difficulties with delivery and getting in contact with the owner. After about a month, I opened a dispute with PayPal, and very quickly the lovely owner of the company got in contact to ask if I would prefer to rearrange delivery at the correct address. She was quick to respond and absolutely lovely. I cannot fault the customer service I received!
I got my package this morning, and tried the cacao and raspberry pot, and it was delicious! Definitely worth the wait!
