Terrible. So disappointed with this company.

I originally tried a few different flavours, they all taste the of the same bland wet oats with a very thin layer of topping which isn't a great deal tastier tbh. There are only 2 flavours which are palatable and that's most likely because they both have cocoa in the oats, however they are never available. If they ever do become available its a very tiny amount which sell out instantly.

These DO NOT in any way, shape, or form taste like cake!

Also I honestly cannot condone the highly inflated price for bland oats, half a teaspoon of mushed dates and a sparse sprinkle of seeds (if you're lucky)

They clearly don't give a monkeys about their customers either as there is absolutely no way to get any information or response from them. Emails, instagram dm's, comments, all go totally ignored.

Delivery time is a joke, they take literally WEEKS to arrive. The owner has addressed this on instagram stories a couple of times with every excuse under the sun, except any sort of accountability or even apology.

Also for anyone who doesn't know, the influx of generic positive reviews here are only from the owner having got wind of their being some negative reviews here on TrustPilot and literally begging their followers to come and leave some positive reviews to hide or disguise the truth.

The only saving grace is the nice glass pots they come in which can be reused, and the whole ordeal and expense is definitely not worth it for a random pot

Twice now I’ve ordered and both orders wrong and/or broke, which would be ok if delivery was somewhat fast. Owner too bothered about posting pics on insta than responding to her customers. Won’t be bothering again

Bexfast either has the worst luck in the world or a scaling problem partnered with a bad business plan. The other reviews on here show the latter.
I first ordered in August - then there was a note about some problem (to do with fridges, maybe but I honestly can’t remember). The order took three weeks to arrive.
I therefore ordered some more as I liked the ones I received. The next order took five weeks because there was an issue with the delivery company. Looking on here, they’ve had months of bad luck which have meant they have never been able to keep to their promised 8-10 working days (it was 4-5 days when I first ordered).
I’ve used the empty ports to make my own without the stress of an order that may never arrive. It takes 10 minutes and I advise you save your money and do the same.

From the reviews it appears this is a company that divides opinion: it seems a lot of people are very forgiving of exceeding slow deliveries and don’t mind this whilst seeing lots of posts on Facebook about how many orders they are taking. I noticed one person suggests that Bex is forward about this but that was not my experience at all and the delivery was way outside the suggested timescale. I agree with the sentiment that Bexfast has been far too greedy for their own good and ought to put a limit on orders when they don’t have stock.

Google ‘overnight oats’ and you’ll find hundreds of recipes and the vast majority will taste just as good as Bexfast pots - they are just overpriced pots of milk and oats and a minuscule amount of flavour. 90% of the pot is virtually tasteless. They are pretty bland.

Unfortunately Bexfast is all about marketing and social media and hype. Think about it - £5 for a pot of oats with milk (not even yoghurt) and a sprinkle of flavour in the top and bottom of the pot.

As for customer service - shocking: after being told of the delay going even longer, I emailed to cancel. My email was effectively ignored. And yet another query by email was answered within two days. It was almost as if they are purposefully ignoring cancellation emails and dispatching goods anyway. Again reinforcing the greed angle. You would think given how much money they are making (just look at the numbers of sales they are boating about on Facebook), you’d think they could afford to cancel some orders rather than having people wait weeks on bland, tasteless pots of boring oats.

I have ordered a couple of times of bexfast and have not been disappointed, her pots are absolutely delicious. Just ordered my next batch mmm
Just to say u do wait a couple of weeks but you are told about the wait right at the start, and they are Soooo wotltth the wait

I have ordered from bexfast a couple of times and really enjoyed them as an on the go breakfast. my favourites have been carrot cake batter and pomegranate fudge cake both very tasty in my opinion. I will at some point order again and hopefully get to try a limited edition.

The best pots ever. Been getting these for the last 5 years. Since she started as a small time biz. The best tasting pots and so thoughtfully made.. highly recommend them!!

These are so tasty. Yes, it's a frowning business and sometimes the deliveries take a while but Bex is transparent about this and they are well worth the wait. The speed limited flavours sell out speaks for itself!

Ordered quite a few times.First time was back when there were only a few flavours available then when the special additions were added I ordered more 😂. These pots are so yummy! Very easy for mums like myself who eat not very nutritional things due to being busy so I grab one of these and they are so filling too!
Not vegan myself but the fact that these are is a definite plus+!
I was attracted to the cake for breakfast and stayed for the pots, special editions and the story of Bex herself along with her 'pot manager' Tyler and her husband xxx

This is most definitely not a scam.. I have purchased from Bexfast many times over the last 2 years. My fave flavours are the carrot cake batter and pomegranate fudge cake - yum! They are not cake - they are porridge oats and so if you are expecting cake and you don’t like oats, then you will be disappointed! I love cake and I love porridge and these are the next best thing to cake in porridge form! A healthy and hearty breakfast that fills you up and keeps cholesterol down. Yes, you do have to wait for delivery for some time. But then most new businesses don’t have the turnaround that Amazon or Tesco’s have! This is a small, new business that is growing rapidly. Watch this space, coz it’s gonna get better and better and I for one will keep purchasing from them.

Amazing business, inspirational owner and team and hands down one of the most amazing breakfasts out there!!! Nutritional, healthy and delicious. Once you have them once you will never go back!!!

After following on social media and seeing other people rave about these pots, I placed an order. I received an email which advised 14 working days for delivery. I then received an email advising there was going to be a delay while they were changing delivery companies, I was happy to wait as I was kept up to date, When the pots arrived they did not disappoint, they are delicious and filling, some flavours I enjoyed more than others, but you have to try to discover what you like.(good excuse to try one of each) I am currently waiting for my next order to arrive. It’s good to see and support a small independent business.

OMG I have just received my order from Bexfast and this morning I had a Caramel Crunch it was delicious ! I have been shielding since early March as my immune system is compromised and I will be seventy years old next year, and I make sure that I eat well plus I am a Scot ( although I have lived in England for most of my life ) and I love oats, for me it is real comfort food !
I am disappointed by many of the reviews here on Trustpilot. I have a tee shirt I wear which says In a world where you can be anything - be kind ! I think at this time we need to remember this.

I purchased a box of these (cacao and raspberry) and the delivery period was exactly what was explained on their website (small biz who have a ton of orders coming in) so I knew there would be a short wait and I was happy with that.

They sent the wrong boxes by mistake, and the communication was speedy, clear and response was amazing, they managed to send me the right ones out the next day.

I was extremely impressed. And they are VERY tasty! The way they communicate is brilliant and I’m honestly really impressed.

In a nutshell, bexfast is a small business and I’m 100% here for their tasty pots! They are delicious. Give them a try.

Some flavours are tasty, especially the lemon cheesecake and caramel crunch. However I was disappointed with the other flavours like cacao and raspberry/black forest as I found them really bland. I’ve ordered a few times but delivery is super slow unfortunately and they are quite pricey.

Have ordered a few times from Bexfast and really enjoy the pots especially the lemon cheesecake which is a special edition flavour. I was totally aware right from ordering that there might be a waiting time but was always told how long and was always kept updated. I had no issues waiting for these at all! They are always transparent in delivery times before you order.

For the first few deliveries the issue was with the courier company - they were the ones to create problems like saying they delivered when they didn’t etc. I contacted Bex and she was always helpful and always resolved any issues which weren’t even her fault! Her customer service is 100%.

On my last order a few weeks ago bexfast informed us that they had changed courier and I must admit this has made a difference as courier company delivered with no issues and everything was smooth and efficient.

Have no idea why there have been negative reviews or people implying any positive reviews are made by friends of the owner. Delivery times are clearly stated on all her pages with an explanation. The owner clearly take pride in her brand and is so proud of her company and team. The pots are delicious and nutritious. Keep up the good work!

I have ordered bexfast pots on more than one occasion. Although delivery can be longer than some other companies (which is CLEARLY stated and reasons why CLEARLY given on more than one platform, website, confirmation emails, Instagram and from the owner Bex herself!) they are worth the wait. I knew at the times of ordering what the delivery time was and I was happy to wait. They are handy to have for quick breakfasts and I like the fact that they are not full of junk like many other quick fix snacks. I even put some in the freezer so I could have them when I wanted and would last longer and they were still just as good. Always fill me up and I often struggle to finish a jar. Had a great experience and have always been kept up to date. Owner is Very open and is always updating consumers on things such as delivery and any issues if there ever are any (given the current climate) on the website and various social media platforms. The information is always there for people buying or awaiting their order and I have never felt “out of the loop” when it comes to my orders. I am never disappointed! Can’t wait to order some
more and am holding out on the hope of some Xmas flavours and the return of the chocolate fondue dip pots from way way back at Westfields 🤞🏻🤤. Well done Bexfast team!

Absaloutely love bexfast they are amazing tasty handmade pots of happiness! What more can you ask for when you can have breakfast that tastes like cake! They take a little longer to arrive than any processed stored product but you have to keep in mind these are freshly made up for each individual order without all the nasty ingredients! Love every flavour so worth the wait 🥰🥰🥰
