Filled in the form but never went ahead…
Filled in the form but never went ahead with the order and gave no bank details. Today over £100 taken from my account. So say I subscribed! Never recieved a book or ebook follow up emails etc. I would have expected some kind of communication from the company in the last 3 months payment just taken today now taken up with my bank reported to their fraud department.

I would give negative stars if I could.
They did not notify me of an upcoming charge and charged my card and refuse to refund me stating renewals are non refundable. I immediately contacted them following the charge and told them I had never been notified (If you look online you will see many many many people with the same complaint). Had I known I was going to be charged I would have cancelled immediately. I have recently had surgery to have a tumor removed and am having heart surgery in April. I emailed them and explained this and was told too bad. They then offered to give me back 25%. I explained multiple times I have never used their services and am unable to do so due to health issues. Their conduct is completely unethical and they treat customers like an ATM with no care or concern for health or medical issues.
Update 29/3/26 - I have now been refunded after placing a dispute with Paypal and leaving this review. It is my experience that this company uses unethical practises and I highly recommend anyone else that has issues with them and unethical conduct to report them in their own country - Lithuania - to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority and to the local authorities in the county in which you reside.

This subscription automatically renewed even though I had not been using it at a high charge over $150 New Zealand dollars. When I contacted them to cancel when I saw it came out of my account they declined any refund.
I would not recommend. It is not worth the high charge.

Explanations: Questions or listings do not allow for explanations. Such as, I have physical injuries and disabilities which only allow for me to do certain exercises or certain types of exercises but in the quiz I had no way of explaining that so the plan made for me assumes I can do all exercises planned for a 73 yr old woman.

Not happy with the process to cancel my subscription.
I got the diet book and found it hard to navigate and big recipes, it doesn’t seem very personal except my name on the front
I cancelled in january and received and email saying my workput membership amd current membership was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. I was charged $149.99 on my PayPal account today and they said they will only refund 50%, even though i have an email saying they wouldn't be charging me any more.
I had also cancelled my subscription on PayPal but they still took money. I realized I should have also deleted them from my payment page - my mistake but they still shouldn't have taken money. Not happy 😒

The app is complete garbage. It is beyond basic. The functionality is terrible. Getting a password reset never happened.
I think a 5th grader could program a better app.
Their customer support chat was great tho... at least I think so. They promised a refund within 14 days. AND that they canceled my "account". I'll let you know if they flake out on what they've promised.

Absolute SCAM. AVOID!!!!!!
Cancelled the subscription, and it's even showing on their website as cancelled in 2023. They've just taken 2 separate payments from my bank account, using an expired card.
The book was absolutely rubbish as I specifically said NO fish, and it contains multiple recipes with fish. No remotely worth the cost and no impossible to remain cancelled!!!
Edit: one of the questions they ask for the book is of you have allergies, and one of them is to fish. I put YES, to fish allergy, and yet it still came up in the 'crafted just for uou' recipes.
I've already emailed the 'help' email, and they've been dragging their feet at actually helping me. Only reply I've had so far to my email is then asking me to reply to their generic response, to ensure my emails haven't been hacked. How ridiculous is that?? The payments left my bank account in March 2026, after 30 months of nothing - so I've now had to report it as fraud.
Honestly, avoid. The customer service is 0/100.
