It was difficult to cancel the subscription and I lost money in the process. I finally received a full refund for the last 2 charges amounting to more than $100. I sent a short email requesting a cancellation 3 months ago after being charged $57 for nothing because I did not ever use the program. However they ignored my request by offering a further discount. So after three more emails I was finally offered a full refund of the last two charges. I feel they take advantage of those who don’t follow up with their ploy to try to keep you in the program. I will never do any business with them again.

Not anything different from other free fasting apps
It sells the app as a personalised fasting programme . States that it's different to all others and you answer their questionnaire.
It pretty much the same as other fasting g apps not personalied outside of choosing the time you'd rather fast etc.
Many apps do this for free so save your money. Very Spammy and I am trying to get a refund.

To add insult to injury the refund process is 'delightfully' spammy too.
You email them, they ask you to email them back 'to confirm your email'.
Then there's that wonderful process that some of these companies use to batter you down. A 25% offer that increases each email ignoring everything you write.
They initially tried to gaslight me into believing I hadn't requested my money back within 48hrs , I proved I requested in within 10 mins.
After 5 emails I was given a refund because I kept informing them of UK distance selling laws, despite them doing the whole T&C bit.
I broke a personal rule with this app, if the company spam me with offers throughout checkout, they lose the sale. Never again. PayPal have now sent me a refund email ref so it should go through OK now.

I emailed asking them to cancel my subscription. Instead they offered me a 70% discount, which i didn't agree to and asked them againto cancel my subscription. Fast forward a year and they didnt cancel my subscription, so it was renewed. I forwarded them the refund email chain and asked them for a refund bc they were never meant to renew it. The gave me a 25% refund. I reminded them again that my subscription was supposed to have been cancelled a year ago. After several back and forth emails they 'made an exception' and game me a full refund. They're predatory. Avoid at all costs.

I paid for a subscription on March 7, 2026 but could not access the service at any point. The app repeatedly displayed an error message and would not allow me to set up or use the fasting plan. I contacted support immediately and followed their instructions to update the app, however the issue persisted. I confirmed this to them the next day and received no meaningful assistance or resolution.
