I was not aware that I had signed up for recurring payments, which over five months totalled €184.94. Please be careful and make sure you fully understand what you’re agreeing to before purchasing.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank regarding these charges.
Before writing this review, I contacted BeyondBody directly. They offered to refund only the most recent payment, which had been taken the previous day, but declined to refund the earlier charges. Their response was that I had agreed to the subscription terms when I signed up.
This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope other customers take extra care to check whether a purchase includes an ongoing subscription.

Do not pay for the plan as Beyond Body cannot deliver what you pay for. I got locked out after 3 weeks of an 8 week plan and Beyond Body support cannot do anything to get me back on so I have cancelled my subscription ( other reviews also reflect this issue ) .

Absolutely disgusting victim blaming behaviour. My mum tried to contact these people and pretty much put the blame on her for their f-up. Absolutely disgusting and will be warning people to not do business with such a negligent company. My mum had paid for a $50 subscription n then they charged her $199, 4× the amount she first paid. They only offered a 25% money back n after she attempted to try n get the rest of her money back they again offered 25%.

I realised they were trying to take money from my account so had to go searching for a way to cancel any renewals which I did on the day the subscription was due.
They have taken my money anyway and offered a paltry 25% refund even though I cancelled.

Beyond Body despite promises to refund me for subscription charges they took after I cancelled my membership and still now refusing to reimburse me 6 weeks later. No tailored fasting schedule
Despite the mixed trustpilot reviews I decided to try a 4 week subscription as I was keen to find out about the tailored fasting timing profile as heavily trailed in their material. However this is not provided and the app simply provides a self managed timer as well as meal plans etc. This may be useful to others but was not why I paid. After emailing to clarify if I had missed something I received a response clearly stating that this was not something that would be provided by the app. Do not be fooled by the misleading marketing. I have cancelled my subscription although given other people's comments about payments still being taken I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Do not have any financial transactions with this company.
I am writing a review after already trying to resolve my issue with this company. Trying to unsubscribe is a long drawn out process, as they won’t take “no” for an answer. After you think you have unsubscribed, they still take money from your account and won’t give it back,
They told me they sent a renewal notice 7 days before, which was a completely untrue statement. I asked for a refund on the same day they took the money from my account. After many emails, they finally refunded $50 out of $200, then acted like they were doing me a favour.

To log in to the app, you first need to create your credentials. After completing your purchase, a verification email is sent to the email address used at checkout. This email allows you to set your password and activate your account.

Once your credentials are set, please follow these steps:
