I paid for a month then it wouldn't allow access till I paid more which made it seem like a v dodgey scam. I couldn't access the account as it wouldn't accept my password 3 times. They got in contact and said I could try again so may be legitimate but dont have the energy now.

This may be a fraudulent company. I requested to end my subscription and got an email confirming it had ended in Dec 2025. I was billed after this twice. When I drew this to their attention, they would not acknowledge and said that since I’d brought it to their attention more than 14 days after the billing I could not be helped - even though I had written documentation that they confirmed I had cancelled. This is troubling. I am glad other people had positive experiences and that they are being helped. I personally found myself trapped into spending money. I still do not know if I will continue to be billed for a service they told me had been cancelled.

Misleading information
Although their quiz asks about diet preference, when they have you download the app, it indicates it is a keto diet which is not at all like vegan or vegetarian. Most well respected doctors advise against a keto diet, as does mine. Because of that I did not use the app and asked for a refund and cancellation. They seemed very hesitant for either but after several communications finally cancelled and offered a 25% refund.

AWFUL, refusing to give me a refund within my cancellation period.
Awful.
I have in writing my cancellation or next collection date. The money was taken from my bank account 3 days before the stated cancellation date and now they won’t refund me. They’ve offered me a partial refund of 25% which is ridiculous as I was within the cancellation policy. I’ve have sent 6 emails so far, with proof of collection date and they are still refusing to give me a full refund.

Beyond Body is a scam with highly deceptive subscription practices, a terrible app, recycled information, and atrocious customer service. They have poor communication, misinformation, and then blame you for falling for all of their deceptive practices. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING! They will rob you blind with their subscriptions and bad business. I wish I had done better reading about this brand and the terrible reviews dating back to well over a year or more. Looks like they scammed a lot of people.

Be warned that after paying £17 to try this app, I discovered £33 a month was coming out of my account. I didn’t even use the app, didn’t realise it was a subscription. They wouldn’t refund me due to their 14 day refund policy. Just make sure you read every small bit of print so this doesn’t happen to you. Definitely not worth the monthly fee either.

You complete a questionnaire however the app is not personalised at all. Doesn’t log steps properly and no option to add your own activity. I cancelled my subscription so wouldn’t forget before it automatically renewed and was charged for doing so.

This company is dodgy in their…
This company is dodgy in their subscription and billing practices. They were difficult to work with when explaining that the email address they had for me was an Apple 'Hide My Email' and I NEVER received any notification about an upcoming payment they were stealing from me. When I reached out for a refund they were not accepting my explanation of the email issue. After MANY emails to them including screenshots, they would only refund a portion. That is NOT good enough. I have contacted the EU about their fraudulent activity.

Watch out for the sneaky subscription renewal!
I'm generally very good at managing on-going subscriptions but this product and app stung me. I'm used to subscriptions being shown in my Apple account, so the fact this one was 'hidden' within the app was upsetting. Apparently a reminder email was sent, but I never received it and the customer service people weren't able to provide any proof it was sent. I've since cancelled the subscription in the app and was provided with 2 x 25% refunds on the subscription price. I would not recommend this product.

Beyond Body have taken multiple payments from my card without clear consent and without me ever using their service or app.
I clicked on an advert and may have started a questionnaire, but I did NOT knowingly agree to a subscription or recurring billing.
Despite this, I was charged a total of around $330 with no clear explanation or meaningful warning that I was entering an ongoing paid subscription.
I have never used their service, and my bank has now blocked my card and raised a fraud dispute.
This company’s billing practices are not transparent and can easily catch people out. Be extremely careful before entering any details.
I further find it unbelievable that they respond to people and basically say we are lying.
To be clear
I DID NOT GIVE YOUR COMPANY ANY OF MY BANK DETAILS, I DID NOT REQUEST A SERVICE OR PRODUCT FROM YOUR COMPANY, YOUR COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY

Do not purchase this app or program. It is a scam. The app is very basic, and not personalized at all. I requested cancellation after the one week trial. Seven days later they charged me $42 for a month, and refuse to give me a full refund.
