The first time the watch was ordered it was more than three months before we received any communication about its whereabouts we ended up canceling that order then we got an email saying oh we have your watch so once again, we try to put our trust in you and ordered the watch only to be disappointment once again because now you sent the wrong one we ordered a watch with the black band and we got a watch with a brown band

3 months goes by still haven't received my refund, beware of this website this is a bunch of scams, lowlife thugs, the Credit Card never received any refund from them, they pretend to create some phony refund paper and send to you to buy time, so you can overlook.

I purchased a watch and paid $575.00 on my credit card when the watch was on sale and it was showing in stock so I kept calling for weeks almost every day the price has gone up to $950.00 and I spoke to the owner he said is out of stock Even his website showes at the time I called showing the same watch is available and in stock he dose not want to honor the sale price,,,, he said he needs 2 -4 weeks to get it and is not guaranteed to be available so I got my refund and no watch and discrepetion is not correct and most of watches not available unless you pay over price and I,m Shore is not OEM ???

Failed to deliver, never received merchandise. It was their expectations that I file a stolen report with police. Ridiculous!!! Was never reimbursed. Do not shop with them.

I ordered a Raymond Weil watch and it arrived broken. I have been trying to work with customer service but they are not responsive. Had to cancel the payment on my credit card.

My watch arrived on time. Watch itself was a little miss leading as far the advertising pic, But it's still a beautiful watch regardless. My wife loooves it and so that's all that matters in my book. 5 star service for me
