Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered a large to be safe as I normally wear a medium. Received shirt over a month after ordered and it surely must be a children’s large as I can’t even get it on. What a waste of $$.

Perfect shirt

I ordered a shirt for my step dad for Fathers day. It is great quality and looks amazing. However, It said Poppy instead of Grandpa. I filed a claim and the response was quick(within 24 business hours) and a new one is already being done for me. I am ok with waiting longer for it because the customer service was excellent. That is why they get 5 stars instead of 4. We are all human.

False Advertisement- Money Scam- Poor Customer Service

I ordered a very cute shirt for my mother for mothers day on 5/6; money immediately charged and taken out of my account. The order was still in a processing stage as of 6/8. I had reached out through their customer service option and was replied to with an email stating my order couldn't be refunded because it was in processing and due to ship 5/28. Mind you it is 6/8 when I reached out. This is a fraudulent website. My attorney is getting involved for their false advertising on their sight and to fight for a $30 refund. I was emailed today 6/9 that my order shipped.. Now they think that will make up for the situation, it surely does not. I will never order from this fake site. And if you know what is best for your money and account and needing a gift go seek another site, this one is no good. Customer Service is no good. And there is false advertisement everywhere on their site. As mentioned I currently have an attorney team and my bank reporting this website. DO NOT TRUST OR SPEND MONEY ON BEZTEES!

Very poor quality for the mug

Very poor quality for the mug. It does Not change color enough to even read the print underneath clearly. I requested a refund and was denied. I still have not received the t-shirts. If the are just as poor quality i will file with my credit card to receive the $75 I spent!!! Automated email replies are also useless! Widh I could rate them a ZERO

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered TWO TSHIRTS as a mothers day gift at the end of April and have yet to receive them. They still say "processing". I emailed them and they responded a few times saying they were being printed and now they are not writing me back. I read some reviews on this website and they were great, but I will never order anything from them every again. I understand that COVID is effecting a lot of businesses, but they could at least reply to emails with an accurate update on the order.

Good products bad customer service

The shirts I ordered are all great looking and seem to be good quality. My issue with them is the company forgot about 3/4 of my order and when I emailed them they were not helpful at all (stating my order had already been delivered when I had proof it hadn’t even been shipped). After yelling at them I finally got my last 3 shirt expedited but they failed to respond to my email stating they fixed the problem. Customer service is horrible but the products are good.

I was quite happy with the quality of the mug that I purchased with the print quality being just like the pictures. The speed of shipping right now is an issue everywhere, but I received the purchase within 10 days.... Must order earlier now, just like the days before 2 day shipping! All in all very happy with purchase!

Ridiculously slow

Ordered a shirt on April 27 that was advertised as being delivered before Mother’s Day. After I ordered and got to my confirmation page there was a note that said it could take 5-15 business days to get the shirt shipped. I was bummed but knew my mother in law wouldn’t be too upset if her shirt wasn’t right on time and with COVID I knew things were taking longer and behind. I check the tracking once a week (and have every week for the last 3 and a half weeks) and my order still says it’s processing. That’s 19 business days that it’s been and it’s not close to shipping. Emailed customer support about canceling. Got a generic email back saying no (more or less). Emailed them twice after that and still no response. They have not upheld their side of the purchase and the details of when it would arrive. All I want is for someone to work with me and my money back.

Got half my order

I ordered a t-shirt and mug on April 28th. It's now May 20th and I've only received the mug. The mug is fine but I want the t-shirt I ordered. I can't write an email because on their website to "write an email" is to just send a standard inquiry with pre-written questions. I cannot ask any specific questions or explain the situation. I would never order from them again. ESPECIALLY if it's for a specific holiday. I order for Mother's Day and still no shirt. Very disappointed and frustrated.

so disappointed

I ordered April 22nd and understand it could take longer with the current circumstances. It never even showed it was printing until i got the email saying it shipped on May 7th. I emailed with no response just to check the status and got no response. Today May 18th I received my shirts and was disappointed in the quality. Based on the pictures and what I received made me alittle sad/upset. The colors of the "LOVE" are faded and cracky (if thats a word). It looks as if it is a shirt that is several years old and washed 50 times already. Now not only is my Mother's Day shirts for my moms late but now I have to find new gifts all together.

I too was very skeptical ordering from…

I too was very skeptical ordering from an ad from FB. I did pay with PayPal for my t-shirt, knowing if something wasn't right I could get my money back. I received the Mimi t-shirt and I luv it. It was exactly what was pleasantly advertised. It took 11 business days to receive it. Under the circumstances going on right now, in my opinion that's not to bad. I did have to go to original purchase email to see when was shipped. So 8 business days to leave Beeteez and 3 shipping business days to receive. I hope this helps skeptical buyers. I was one of them. Awesome T-shirt.

I am giving this a 1 star review and would not recommend

I am giving this a 1 star review in hopes that the company can fix the issue. I placed an order in March and it was shipped in beginning of April. I was sent the incorrect shirt. I have tried to call the company and the automated system says my order was already received and there is no option to speak with anyone. I have emailed three different times and submitted a claim request. All of this with No response from the company and no attempt to fix the issue or send the shirt I actually paid for. Very very disappointed and would not recommend.
