I just stayed home and not go work to just waiting for the package...
I saw their car passing from my window, no stop to just look around for the address... seconds later I got an sms that the delivery not possible!!!!

Package not delivered
Ordered a bike and delivery was scheduled for today between 13h and 17h. I had to take day off from work to wait for it. 15:17h I got SMS package will be delivered in next 30 min. 15:29h I'm getting SMS saying that package is delivered. I went immediately in front of the apartment and then in front of the building to look for package. No sign of package, driver or delivery vehicle. 15:36h I have called customer service and was told that driver tried delivery but I didn't answer the door. This is not the first time that driver doesn't even try to deliver bulky and heavy package, instead just report that nobody was home. This is lame way to do business.

Never use this company
I ordered a solid wood closet that comes in one piece from Unoliving and paid for having it delivered and carried in, as it is too big for me to handle.
BFT delivers and carries the huge package in (not very friendly delivery men but whatever they did the job).
Unfortunately the closet has a very low standard with several issues and I agree with Unoliving that I will get a new one and BFT will pick up the faulty one when delivering the new.
It was supposed to arrive on the 23rd of December. On the 23rd I receive the sms that they will be there in about half and hour but no-one ever rings my doorbell. The next day I still haven't received any information on what is happening so I decide to contact BFT directly. They don't know what happened but set delivery for today and I inform them that I still have the faulty closet that also needs to be picked up.
The delivery man arrives today but leaves the closet outside my door and refuse to carry it in even though I paid Unoliving for that. He also doesn't want to take the faulty closet with him. He says he has not been informed about this even though I was told by BFT support phone that the driver would be informed.
He asks me to sign for the delivery and I reject as these are not terms I can agree with.
I suggest him that I call BFT right away so we can clarify the misunderstanding but he refuses.
He FAKES my signatures on his phone and leaves!
Now I am having a 180cm tall solid wood closet standing outside and one inside. This is such a huge mess and has caused me a great headache.
The standard is simply way too low. I would have paid more for the delivery service if that is needed to rely on a company, I just wanted it carried in. I am really worried that this company is not paying the drivers well enough or not educating them or their internal communication is a disaster.
I have been home waiting for delivery 2 entire days and now they are telling me it will happen tomorrow. 3 days during Christmas, like I have nothing else to do with my time.
I will cross my fingers and hopefully have this nightmare end tomorrow.
NO SERVICE
I ordered a chair for delivery on the 22nd, I receive an sms about the delivery, but the next day nothing is delivered.
nor do we see anything of them all day long. I contact the company unoliving (BAD company) who says that something went wrong with the car so it will be delivered on the 27th (after which they suddenly could not find the chair) on the 27th I then call unoliving again who says that it will be delivered on the 28th. an hour later on the 27th, jge receives an sms that the chair will be delivered in 30 min.
I get my mom and dad to drive out and pick up, and the truck comes, and drives again, my parents run out and wave and then get him back in place.
it turns out that the man could not speak Danish, but his friend who was there could, and they explain so that they could not see anyone at home, (the chair had to be put in the carport) it was probably more of an excuse not to bother put the chair off, it it was very difficult to get it out.
but had my parents not run out after him, I would not have got the chair !!!

I ordered the package, paid 1000 dkk and it was not delivered. The person in kunderservide even did not say sorry that the package disappeared

Big promise but not delivery
I am tired of delivery companies making me wait at the address but then not delivering the package without giving a message that they can’t find my address or whatever the lame excuse is and that’s exactly what happened yesterday. And then I couldn’t even track the delivery. So untrustworthy!

Being called names by the courier, rude handling.
Ridiculous communication and handling of the situation on the phone. Was called 'a fu&king joke' by the courier for not managing to pick it up within 2mins BUT 5mins from the call. I kept my cool and was still kind on the phone but you should definitely make sure your couriers are not behaving like this. Inappropriate and rude.

Worst service ever!
I ordered a bouquet for a friend (with Flowr.dk) and the package was delivered outside her building because she was not home. Of course, the package got stolen! The courier had my phone number but I received no call to warn me about the fact that the package was delivered in this way! The day after, I had to call the Flowr.dk costumer service to discover this and, of course, any kind of refund was denied to me. Worst service ever!
Dumbest Delivery Company
No information regarding where the package is, terrible customer service, only option is to deliver in a 4 hr time window. Might be the worst shipping and "logistics" company I have ever dealt with. Only option is for home delivery, and they don't deliver on the weekend, no option to drop off package at a pickup location. Useless company if you work during the day. Should remove Logistik from their name.

3 different days of waiting with no product in sight...
I rang the company 3 times in total over approximately a 2 hour span, and I talked with both Camilla and Isabella. While Isabella was polite and helpful, Camilla on the other hand, was far from costumer minded and was really provocative.
I told Camilla I had been waiting for my closet 3 different days without so much as an excuse to follow, for not delivering as promissed... 3 times in a row! I suggested that they could leave my packages inside a my hallway but then she started saying, that the had to follow the rules, and needed confirmation through a text.
So you can follow guidelines and rules with it comes to delivering packages, but not the actual deadline for your costumers, which pays your salaries? Down right outrages and a joke!
Maybe you shouldn't hire employees which can't handle negative responses as you can't uphold your ends of delivering costumer goods!
