I love their glueless wigs and there's minimal shedding. The last one I bought lasted me 2 years while still looking decent! The major problem with them is sketchy overseas "express" shipping and mediocre customer service. I recently ordered 6 days ago and my package is still 2 thousand miles away with little movement. If you buy from here, just know what you're getting into.

‼️Warning Do Not Buy‼️This company only wants your money they dont care if you recieve the wig or not. They stop all communication with you as soon as you have an issue with your order. I waited 2 weeks before these ldiots even shipped out my wig due to their lies they knew the kinky straight wigs were low in stock! Now the package has been delivered to a different city and address despite me actually having the correct address written and ive shown proof! I have sent multiple emails to these scammers to Request a refund for my missing order 26600363710 I even contacted that fake lying rat yoyo via whatsapp who is also a scammer and she deliberately ignored me. I will have to call my bank to report the transaction as fraudulent!

I ordered 2 wigs from them and they only shipped one and tried to blame the theft on the courier company when they completely omitted the second wig from the order. I asked for a refund, I was patient and polite at first while going extra lengths to give them what they need in order to process the refund but they refused to compensate me for the stolen wig.

10/10, I love their wigs and will always order from here. Customer service is great as well

I also had the wig cut into layers, which made it blend even better and gave it a more natural, flattering shape. Styling was easy and the invisible hairline really makes a difference. Their water wave wig is a true 10/10!!! The curls are popping, the lace melts with ease, the hair is so soft & it includes everything you need to slay 💅🏽. Has an adjustable drawstring on the inside so say bye bye to those loose wigs girl✨. Lace is already precut & i have YET to use a hot comb to install her because she is plucked to perfection 😍. You literally don't even need a hairstylist for the install. Definitely recommend!

She answered all my questions with so much care and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process.

I'm obsessed with this wig. I got so many compliments while i was on holiday and it was so easy to install. You can easily achieve the 'wet Look' with this hair! I love BGM hair, definitely 10/10 quality! 5 stars

I placed an order for a wig several weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has refused to issue a refund and continues to give me inconsistent responses. I previously ordered from them without any issues, which made me trust their service based on past experience and positive reviews. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been very disappointing — their customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, they fail to address or resolve the problem. I want to caution others to be careful before purchasing from this company.

Beautiful wigs ! But their wavy wigs after a wash lose their curls.

I would recommend BGM If you’re looking for good quality hair at a pretty good price. They are consistent and really good when it comes to communication with vendor.
